Why is the Arizona state Senate negotiating a weaker outcome from a position of strength. The original agreement was already legally binding. The county was working from specious legal grounds by defying the obligations they had already acknowledged from the first agreement and which their earlier legal challenge had been struck down.
Why did the Senate choose to weaken their position with a new agreement in this way. Also, if the entire committee was not fully aware of this new arrangement prior you it being announced, how can this new agreement be negotiated in good faith?
The maricopa county board of supervisors has failed to comply with subpoenas for the routers. That's grounds for warrants for the arrest all of them immediately. There is no reason to relent on a position like this.. If they want to drag stuff out thats fine, but they should do it at their expense while behind bars - the same way any other defendant in a similar position would be expected to do.
Something tells me it wouldn't take long for birds like Jack Sellers to start singing.
They will all be singing like Chunk in the movie Goonies. They will start crying and telling about tests in 2nd grade they cheated on.
That scene involved a blender as I recall. Maybe thats a hint just where things need to go.
Username a dune reference? Nice
Nice catch!
Who is arguing for them to relent on their original position of strength?
Read what I wrote again if you thought I said otherwise.
I'm agreeing with the point you made - more so even.
What negotiating power do the board of supervisors have in this? None.
Ah well my mistake then. I saw the downvote and perceived your comment as taking a counter to a position that wasn't in my original comment. I figured the downvote was of your doing in that case.
Given you indicate no disagreement, I would suppose I'm getting drive by down votes from a user not interested in responding with counter points or in discussing whatever was found lacking in my original thoughts.
Probably settle right now or fight it in courts forever, if you ask me.
Bullshit, but I believe we have more than we need as is, but full transparency will eventually come by force.
I remember a different story, that the consequences for defying the Senate were miniscule , " putting them all behind bars, yada yada, was never an option " therefore the Senate never had a "position of strength" until they threatened cutting off millions in funding to the County.
Agreed, this is a solid loss for us.
Here is the actual text of the settlement if anyone wants to read it:

So what do we know about Shadegg, AZ Pedes? Is this good news, or is he gonna bury evidence for the cheaters?
Well... Code Monkey says he's bought and paid for by simple research.
We'll see.
It may not matter, if the report shows what we think it'll show. Moreover, the logs should match what we think so funny business will also be shown.
Or that's the thought.
McCain fag.

Usually if you're good at negotiating you argue for more than you want. You don't start your negotiation at the bare minimum. You start by ask for way more than you want. Your opponent does the same. This give the illusion that you really played ball and gave up a lot when you didn't.
It's a way to save face and surrender without looking like it. Most business and dealmakers do it this way. But people see it and are duped every time. That wasn't what either side was aiming for. Maricopa knew they'd couldn't win this and wanted a way to save face. And the Arizona Senate put demands on the table that it never really needed so that they could "pretend" to give them up.That's how dealmaking is done.
The deal was already worked out long before. Maricopa's surrender was already decided based on could they win? No. Ok let's negotiate the surrender terms)
Many work out the deal out of the public eye and work out what will and will not be revealed to the public. The deal is worked out in advance. The rest is just show.
Fix is in . They settled with a guy who takes money from Facebook
So in short, no access to the routers etc as asked for in the subpoena but we'll allow someone else to look at them to answer questions.
In return, you call off the AG.
What a crock of shit!
Summary: We won. They dropped their $2.8 meaningless claim for the machine replacement. We get the routers and spunk logs. Cyber Ninjas has full access. Maricopa caved.

Yes but do not for one second think Shadegg can be trusted.
He was very close to no name
Wendy is seeming more like a gaslighter now than anything else. Either really naive or purposely misleading.
It also would seem that Maricopa will continue to use the same machines in the next election since they were denied the suit to get money to buy more after they were seized. Not sure how that's exactly a good thing either...
Of course they need to replace the Dominion machines, they also need to put a bunch of people in jail. Are they going to say they can't have trials because they can't afford to have a trial or run a prison?
We also have yet to see if all the stalling gave them time to erase all their fraud.
Let it simmer.
Sounds like a loss. Is that 'master' a good guy?
Here you go see for yourself instead of removing my comments https://t.me/CodeMonkeyZ/1694
What does this mean...?
According to Wendy Rogers, we won: https://greatawakening.win/p/13zMipOF8L/wendy-rogers--summary-we-won-the/c/
Shadeggdelic baby, yeah!
Praise GOD! And thank you, Lord, for the persistence of all those Arizona Patriots (especially Senator Karen Fann) who show us what it really means to have INTEGRITY.
