We noticed a difference when we added the Quercetin and higher C. We'd already been on zinc and D because we knew we were deficient.
This week we began the Kroeger Herb wormwood combination for parasites. We're pretty determined to heal ourselves and avoid the healthcare system altogether.
Right? Same here. We started zinc and D3 (lower dose than Zelenkos), then switched to Quercetin and C plus higher dose of zinc and D3, and thats when the difference started.
BTW, we had known that both of us were pretty low on D3, but our GP has said that taking too much D3 is not good for you so we were taking the lowest dose D3, wtf?
I don't know. All I know is you need to check your blood levels for D3 Hydroxy. I watched a video from some doctor I cannot remember who it was.. Dr. Malone? I don't remember who said your levels should be at least 50 ng/ML to avoid going in a hospital due to COVID.
My blood levels in August were 56 so I am good with what I am doing... ok I may bump it a bit in the winter months.
Normal D3 levels are 30.0 ng/ML to 100.00 ng/ML
I would suggest getting a baseline and working on your own D3 amounts. Just remember that taking too much D3 vitamins IS toxic.
30.0 ng/ML is very low and unhealthy. The goal should be at the low end 50 and at the higher end 75. There are some really good books out that prove that vitamin D toxicity is very hard to achieve. I personally take 10,000 IU of D daily with one Super K from Life Extension. I have doubled that in the past when my level was below 30ng/ML and got nothing but great results from that amount. I just become more aware of what the numbers should be. My husband is outside a lot and his D was below 30 so you really need a blood test to check where you are at. Vitamin D is one if the greatest gifts that we have from God. Check out the benefits for arthritis and osteoporosis. This is my experience based on my research.
I personally think the D3 is a little high especially since I get about 1000 mg in a really good vitamin. Check labels. We do a 2000 unit D pill and overall get about 3. But this winter when I get outside much less to make vit D, I'll double mine to a 4000 unit pill. But I don't think doctor Z would recommend this if it was dangerously high.
My hubby used to have a kind of purply kind of bloody blobs that would leak just under his skin on the top of his arms in the past. The doctor said it was common with age. But I don't remember what he called it.
Anyway, we have been on the protocol for over a month now and he mentioned to me yesterday that he no longer has the blood blobs on his arms now.
They have disappeared. So he is blaming it on the protocol bc it is the only thing he has done differently in the last month.
Interesting. My wife used to get chronic headaches (almost weekly) - almost all her adult life. In the past couple months since we got on this, I would say the headaches have reduced to only once a month.
I am your control since I haven't changed vitamins for months.
I feel good recently.
It might be just that we know we've turned a corner on the information war and we know we are winning now and the normies are waking up like the sleepy trees of Fangorn forest. (Lord of the rings film reference)
Remember what happened to the orcs that ran into the forest? Nobody knows, they just disappeared.
The cabal won't be able to walk the streets among the normies either.
Ah, nice - I will keep checking with you regularly.
But what vitamins do you take ?
As for Lord of the Rings - I know it was so badly hyped, but I was never able to get into it. I watched all 3 movies and tried to read the book - the book was sooooo boring (Yeah I know, bring on the flames!)
In the morning:
I take zinc, vit c, xanthine and bilberry (eye support), glucosamine, quercetin, green tea. From this morning I will take NAC too
In the middle of the day: vit d (8000 iu), multivitamin containing selenium, boron, manganese, chromium, moybdenum etc. I take a separate iodine supplement
Sometimes I take a iron supplement or a magnesium supplement.
Sometimes a probiotic pill, sometimes coconut oil, sometimes spirulina powder.
I took ivermectin occasionally too, but I have stopped now to save it for emergencies.
If I am ill, I'll take more vitamin C and echinacea.
I'm a man in my late forties and vegetarian. I think I have filled these potential vitamin and mineral gaps from my diet, and I feel prepared. I think I have had the 'rona twice now and also shedding effects, but I'm getting stronger these days and not weaker.
Thanks for this. I take just Zeleno protocol (separately) and I feel wierd popping so many pills - I am tempted to take more supplements, but also a part of me makes me worry - especially since there is no access to doctors right now, just in case something reacts with something else.
Yes, I think all the supplements do react. I think it's possible to throw your minerals out of balance by taking supplements and create a deficiency for example.
I sometimes have a day off the vitamin supplements in case that helps.
It is really hard to know what to do these days. I guess we have to learn to listen to our body

After this is all over, I am gonna go find myself a good holistic healer. Ayurvedic and Homeopathic medicine has been known to be effective even decades ago.
Yes, that sounds like a good approach. I think I would take notice of both branches, holistic and allopathic (Western). They both have things to offer.
Maybe medicine will improve post cabal removal. I expect so. The current state of Western medicine is obviously harmful by design in some sectors.
It might, but it has to change its course 180 as it has gone the wrong way from day 1. This is a really good audio book that explains it all in detail, if you havent heard it before.
I ordered and paid for mine Sept 7th. Still waiting. Got an email 2 weeks ago saying it shipped, still in “pre-shipping” which means a label has been created. Second order will be charged a week from Thursday. Frustrated for sure.
Thanks, I have been taking D3, C & Zinc. I can wait & hopefully it will arrive soon. I just wanted to give a heads up to anyone ordering there is quite a wait. I'm frustrated but didn't mean to whine.
Actually, at Amazon the same four vitamins individually, in the same mg's are $30 more from various companies. I've sold vitamins in the past & know there is quite a difference in quality & fillers with cheap vitamins. This vitamin isn't an out of range price for a quality vitamin. The Zelenko stack has no fillers & only lists the capsule ingredient as "other ingredient". Also made in USA.
I wasn't meaning to knock the company, just frustrated at the wait & letting folks know that if you order...prepare to wait.

Right on. Me too.
I'm convinced we'll live longer.

You can buy the entire thing at Zelenko's site or you can buy your own individually.
Here is the protocol (there is a typo on the sheet.. D3 should read mcg not mg

are the D3 IU’s correct?

I don’t use Zelenko’s product but I take the same vitamins that is in it. I definitely sleep better and have more energy.
Dave from X22 did an interview with Dr. Z this past week. It's on his website for X22.

Good to know. My friend calls them MeeMaw arms, haha.

Sorry for the late reply.

You can get the individual ingredients today and then use the order contents once those bottles arrive.

Add some bromelein. :-). Good report of what’s really happening. Often the expectation/reality is next day delivery.
I think Quercetin was what made the difference for us.
Why wait at all? These supplements are easy to find in the store or online. Just take them separately. Much cheaper that way too.

I dont buy the Zelenko's formualtion, just his recommendation for individual vitamins: https://media.greatawakening.win/post/Vu6XBXrI.jpeg
They are easy to buy, and while bulky to take separately - still managable.
I've been taking the same stuff but from mt angel and feeling very similar
Been doing it for at least 3 months are can confirm side effects! Also, stock up on Ivermectin. You MIGHT need it this winter.
I feel so damn jealous when I see people with their Iver stock. Cant get it out here in Australia.
We're all praying for you guys fren.
I am and I feel better even s bit more mentally clear.
Need to bookmark this and check it out
