If it was legit, would you stand up for the vaccinated? Its tempting not to, but I'd probably fight for them after a few thousand I told you so's and an apology.
I wish I had your Outlook. Bit, I just can't get there. The half of my family that's "vaxxed" is the Sam whale of the family that supports Buyden/Harris and/or freely went to get jabbed even after all the info and research I showed them. And I was ostracized for being a Trump supporter and anti-COVID vax. So, they're on their own now. I have more important things to concern myself with, like preparing for the impending financial collapse.
Yeah both of my very conservative parents that are eighty are double vaxed and I fear they won't make it through the winter. I tried repeatedly to at least get them to wait and see how early adopters did with the vax but their doctor said they should get it and despite my dad's cynicism about everything; especially the government; he still has trust in the medical field. My mother is currently suffering from a rare and serious auto-immune disease several months after taking the second jab. I have my suspicions and I am sure that my dad does as well. I pray they won't take a booster but I am sure that their doctor will mindlessly encourage the to do so.
This is always a risk, but the thing is, these problems always go both ways.
Just as a Christian can be persecuted for not being an atheist climate change worshipper today, so can that same Christian be persecuted for not adhering to State orthodoxy tomorrow.
The problem is, we’re in a Cold War now. Which means sometimes “being fair” isn’t the right answer.
After all, if we were “fair” to every single Nazi in WWII and stopped to sort through every individual’s history and determined when they were being genocidal or when they were just expressing free speech, then we might not have a country.
If we were being “fair” during the Civil War, I’m sure you’d find plenty of people in the south who just wanted to be able to support their family and were scared they wouldn’t be able to otherwise.
So, in times of war, sometimes what’s fair has to be put aside for the sake of assuring fairness for everyone later. In that case, making sure we don’t save people only to have them come right back after us would be ill advised.
But at some point “the war” will be over, and (hopefully) we will be victorious. Then, we need to be fair and not vindictive.
So, where’s the line? It’s tricky, and right now it’s up to each of us to decide.
Remember, not every vaccinated person is an authoritarian globalist who wanted to see us dead. Some just wanted to keep their job. Doesn’t make them fully non-complicit, but does it make internment camps right?
Lol governments will just double down.

My entire family is vaxxed and I of course would stand for them. They and I disagree but there's nothing but love between us.

I spend most of my time on my knees, so I won’t be standing for anyone unless I’m leaning forward over a desk.

Nope, not yet we don't. Let them get mad first at their own abuse.
Same! 😄
Me too!
I would support their right not to be locked up.
And I would try to give practical support those who self-quarantine if that's what they want to do.
Your answer to that question is what separates us from the liberals who want to see us all dead. I’m with you. I’d stand up for what is right.
While I would stand with them, I'm sure there are some who wouldn't stand up for themselves.
However, this needs to happen, it might be the only way to wake them up. There is still a large group of sheep that just follow whatever they're told.
