Maybe that was done on purpose. If you just show the recount results and those match up, almost, with what was reported and then later the forensics come out and shows all the fraud, it's obvious at that point that a "recount" audit is not sufficient.

Why would not having fingerprints in a government database be any sort of issue? The government doesn't have my fingerprints; I've never been arrested or worked a job that required fingerprinting or anything, no one has ever taken my fingerprints. So it would seem that's not an important metric at all in this.
My understanding of the plan (which I see only through a glass and darkly) is that civil war is being encouraged and will be allowed to break out and then the military will step in to restore order.
