iirc, there can be up to $500K involved to train a single SEAL through BUDS and then combat training, then its quite a lot to maintain them throughout their time while serving. This dipwad expects them to pay that back? I highly doubt there is anyway to enforce this.
I hope the seals don’t take the jab. Worse comes to worse they will be needed on the home front. Someone should tell Austin the money spent on the seal training is not the governments, it is ours. Our labors provide the funding.

These guys are trained to run on broken legs and swim in their underwear naked in the ocean off the coast of Alaska because the boss man told them to do it. I think if somebody higher up ordered them to put their rifle in their mouth, pull the charging handle back, turn the safety off, and squeeze the trigger, a number of them would probably do it almost out of reflex. I don't know if we should place our faith in them resisting this order.
These guys have sworn an oath to defend the constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic. They are also highly intelligent and capable individuals. Give them and unconstitutional mandate, and threaten their fellow civilian citizens with the same mandate, while twisting the knife with bullshit like making them pay for their own training, and they will not stand for it.
The cops who will go door to door to haul you off to the camps took that same oath, too.
Most real police won't participate in that. That is why they were pushing to defund the police last summer. They know they will not comply with the tyrannical communist bullshit they have in store.

It has to cost at least a mil to train a seal. I was a cav scout with the 101st airborne division and I have a decent idea of how much training cost for us based on things so told me as well as hq.. this is not feasible

I was never in the military nor am I a lawyer but doesn't discharge from the service act as absolute estoppel for military court proceedings? Why else to people get recalled for courts martial?
You can be recalled. The original contracts are for 10 years.
3 to 6 years active, 4 to 7 years reserve active and inactive depending on how the contract is written.
Officers have lifetime appointments unless theybresign the commission or get it taken for disciplinary reasons.
What if you have served out that original commitment, does it go to "year by year" or is it another ten years?
My original contract was 8 years, 4 active and 4 inactive/reserve. Ended up with 8 & a half years, thanks stop loss.
