That is incorrect. Section 2 of the 25th amendment states the procedure.
A new VP would need to be nominated and confirmed by a majority of both houses.
With the VP currently holding the deciding vote in the senate, there could literally be a stalemate until next election.
The only time SOH becomes President, is if potus and VP were to be removed from office via death, or both were found guilty of a crime.
The presidential line of succession doesn't bump everyone up 1 step.
Yeah because Jill would totally require a clean and legal way to remove someone she feels is a threat. It's not like she can just hit up ol Killary to line up an accident. These stories are bogus and a distraction. Step it up pedes. Remember what you know they are capable of and always assume these stories are comms instead of what they present themselves as.
"No. The President can not fire the Vice President.
Unlike the cabinet (e.g., Secretary of State, Attorney General, Secretary of Defense, etc.), and the White House Staff (e.g., Chief-of-Staff, Press Secretary, etc.) the office of the Vice President, his term and the requirements for his removal from office are all established explicitly in Article II of the Constitution.
Office, Term—United States Constitution, Article II, Section 1
The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall hold his Office during the Term of four Years, and, together with the Vice President, chosen for the same Term, be elected, as follows [emphasis added]
Removal—United States Constitution, Article II, Section 4
The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors."
No, not likely. It is possible though. Consider if Kamala is gone for whatever reason - there is now a vacancy at VP. Joe nominates a new VP and both branches of CONgress vote on it (simple majority in both). Now lets say CONgress can't or won't approve whoever Joe selects and something happens to Joe as well while the VP slot is vacant (probably shouldn't have said "VP slot"...). Pelosi or whoever is SoH would become president, and then she would also pick a VP and CONgress would again have to approve/deny the new VP pick. So Pelosi could become President, but the only real way (other than a BAD election) she could become VP is if Kamala is gone, Joe picks Pelosi, and CONgress approves.
Ok so not really so simple, but Bidan can still bring her Ineligibility to light, in front of the whole world, simply by stating that someone overlooked her Actual Qualifications...
She wasn't eligible for VP in any manner at all....
Jill Biden wants to get rid of Kamala, Kamala wants to get rid of Joe Biden. America agrees with both of them (for the first time).
Let's just get rid of the whole fucking government, top to bottom.
Pelosi has already been neutralized
How so? If you don't mind explaining.
She has zero ability to move legislation and is rapidly lowering her profile.
This doesn't matter. Still would be president.

And Prosobiec in the same video is claiming anyone in DC who wants anything done is calling Kamela. Because she's so effective, right?
They wanted rim jobs, and Willie Brown will vouch for her effectiveness.
lol
I know I know I have the same sediments on Posobiec as most do
Clinton Removal Service has an impeccable record.
The magic words are "Kamaltoe Harris has information that will lead to the arrest of Shillary Klinton"

dr jillialways knew what the real white elephant in the room
Lol, why hasn't Kamala already removed Joe? Can she really not find enough cabinet members to do it?
Didn't she ever hear of Spiro Agnew?
Fat chance getting Kamela to resign.
@Mukzn no double post meant I think we did it in Patriot unison (:
What is Major Patriot's historical accuracy with information?
I always had the impression that the president could fire any of their direct subordinates.
Nope.

Jill feels her position is under threat. This may mean Kamala is about to pull the trigger on the 25th Amendment…
Let's see them fight it out. Get Don King on the line.
No thanks. But Terry McAuliffe will be available for funky chicken dances after next Tuesday.
Challenge? Nadler/Schiff.
I certainly hope so.
Kamala is younger so we have to add a handicap. Jill gets a hatchet and Kamala gets a KABAR knife.
