You know, we cancelled our internet with them years ago now. When we did they said our last bill would pennies, we said why do you have to bill under $1, she said it's the way it is. We get the bill, it's like $30+. Called them up, they said don't know who told you it would be pennies but it's 30+. We said that's fine, contacted the BBB and filed a complaint, within days of that complaint, it was resolved, they wiped the bill. It's worth a try for anyone who goes through this bullshit. The lady on the phone originally was telling the truth and then they tried to scam more money out of us. I hate ATT.
Canceled Directtv Dec 2020. Cancel business internet summer of 2020. Switched to different cell phone carrier years ago. The worst thing they do is the promotional pricing that magically changes. Then if you call to complain they have a new deal of promotional pricing. I refuse to play that game. Now they call me trying to get us back. No! I love telling them no, not even if free.
