“Rapper Drake, Apple Music, Live Nation, and Huston’s NRG are also named in the lawsuit.” I think that might add up to 2 billion and mean the end of their careers and businesses.
Keep in mind that, if successful, the lawsuits may put an end to ALL concerts and live entertainment venues.
Possibility of injuries and $Millions in lawsuits is priced into the insurance for live concerts. Insurance cost is built into the ticket price too. Now imagine $2 Billion to $3 Billion in insurance. Now imagine that everyone and everything involved (promoters, artists, venue, organizers, security) is getting sued, so they all become liable.
The industry won't see this as a rap music only thing. It can happen in rock concerts or country music concerts the same. It could happen at a jazz festival. It can happen at a 4th of July festival. The lawsuit amounts could be the same.
In that case, insurance costs may raise ticket prices by $50 each to cover the $2 Million cost of a $2 Billion insurance policy. Only exception may be events with strictly assigned seating (sports venues). No more mosh pits, no more crowded area in front of the stage, no more general lawn seating.
I don't care for Travis Scott or rap music at all. However, if the high lawsuits are successful... it will affect ALL concerts from here on.
I’m sure if they had followed all the safety protocols, and done everything they were supposed to do, this wouldn’t of happened. But it’s obvious it was planned. I don’t think all concerts in the future are going to be canceled, because I’ve been to so many concerts in my lifetime. And with the proper safety and security in tact, things like this just don’t happen. This was purely planned
He is linked to the Kardashian clan who jointly have assets worth hundreds of millions of dollars. The youngest Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, has been hooking up with this rapper and gave birth to a little girl named Stormi Webster.
Kylie, who allegedly owns a 'super successful' makeup line is worth millions all on her own. She is pregnant AGAIN with a 2nd baby with this satanic person.
Kylie, who is only 24 yrs old, posed fully naked recently, except for spike heels. She was crouching low to the ground and looking sideways at the camera with a sultry smile on her face. She appears drenched in blood and standing in a large pool of it. Why?
No they can't. There's no legal liability that would extend from one person to the mother of their child if they aren't married. I'd guess even if they were married, the liability is a lawsuit couldn't extend to the spouse unless they were directly involved in the concert or planning aspects related to security and such. If Travis Scott was to lose the suit, the plaintiffs (and their lawyers) would only get as much as possible from Travis. Travis could have future wages garnished perhaps, but the saying you can't get blood from a stone is correct; if a person doesn't have as much money as you're asking for in a civil suit, you'd never get that much money anyway.
Like I said last time, if the lead singer for Lamb of God can get tried and convicted for an accidental death during a mosh pit he had zero control over you better believe they can bring the hammer on this chucklefuck. Whether or not they do remains to be seen.
This
Seems like they should add the makers of vaxes to the list of those being sued? If heart attacks can be traced to the vax.
That would be a double blow to DS

I wonder if there is any venue where the cabal is not involved.
OK. I don't see a problem with this. Maybe these overpriced "celebrities" will stop performing. Seems like a win to me.
Start with him. Then gut his puppet masters.
So what happens when he can't cough up the money? I'm sure he had some sort of insurance I guess, but I'd be surprised if it covered that much.
Travis Scott has other backup cash sources...

What has happened to these people?
They can go for his baby mama Kylie Jenner. She's a billionaire from what I hear, and half sisters are the Kardashians!

Very true, they are not married as I know of. Thank you.
Nice

Is that two billion dollar lawsuits, or two billion in lawsuits? Hope it’s the latter.
Sorry, it’s IN
One of: • An undisclosed number of “2 billion dollar lawsuits”, but at LEAST two • 2 billion-dollar lawsuits • 2-billion DOLLAR lawsuits
Fortunately or unfortunately, it’s probably as the other reply mentions: “2 billion dollars (IN) lawsuits”.
Shame.. I’d like to see “2-billion DOLLAR lawsuits” argued through the court system.
Yo that’s billion with a b
https://marketrealist.com/p/kylie-jenner-net-worth/ Oops guess she's fallen off Forbes list. I don't keep up with them. Wonder how she'll like the poor house?
It seems to me people should go after him with at least equal vehemence as they went after the cop kneeling on Floyd.
10 people dead from not being able to breathe thus far, and countless injuries.
Where is the outcry against this crazy rapper Travis Scott from the groups who were so outraged before?
One of his "own" is doing when they do best...making excuses for Travis that he "din do nuffin".
Apparently it was the racist white concert promoters who screwed the whole thing up.
That video of him watching someone die in his audience, and he’s still “singing”...terrifying
