Your goal here is NOT to keep your job. You won't win that battle. They aren't looking for reasons to give you an exemption. They are simply trying to cover their legal ass by going through the process. What you need to do is give yourself as much firepower as possible for the next round of the war. And that is going to be the lawsuit phase.

You don't have to ascribe to a particular religion - just needs to be a sincerely held belief. Your religious conviction prohibits you from self harm, which is a mortal sin in the the eyes of your Lord God. These vaccines have been proven to cause harm, and there is no informed consent as with any other FDA-approved medications. And your belief supports the right to choose what medical treatments you take, inclucing medications in the form of an injection. It is against your belief to be forced to take a treatment.
