A journalist took samples from the Westminster toilets and bars, all were positive to cocaine. This was at least 5 years ago.

Its a recurring theme with the brit press, get into parliament and swab some surfaces and publish the analysis. The make stuff like this up all the time, they thrive on moral outrage. This is just the latest iteration.
