I'm old I've been around a long time. I have seen this before and I see nothing wrong with them in the bath together. A little older and yes it should stop but right now they are just small children bathing with mom.

I agree with this sentiment. Maybe poor taste to post on social media, but bathing with family is normal in many cultures, for example, Japan.
I am not against bathing with small children. Especially babies. It's just a poor choice to put any pics of your kids on the internet.
