Weird story. My best friend ordered ivermectin and the Zpack to her house in Florida. In just under a month it arrived from India and she has it in hand,
A week later, the US Drug Administration (is that even a real agency?) wrote her a two-page letter dated December 3 telling her her package was confiscated and would be destroyed because it was “mis-branded” and did not come from a doctor or with dosing instructions,
The weird thing is is that she got the package, it wasn’t confiscated. Were they just trying to scare her? She found on the Internet that others that ordered from India didn’t receive their drugs or only partial orders.
The damn Deep State. “You will die from Covid whether you like it or not.’
These idiots can not control the drug trade and want to stop peoples Ivermectin. LMAO
Some Indian suppliers are now using DHL! FUCK YOU USPS!!
Hell yeah!!
It has crossed the international border and a state border and is now within the jurisdiction of a state of the Union. Search your state name in the United States Code and Code of Federal Regulations to see if they list it in their definitions an a place where they have jurisdiction. Federal jurisdiction within a state of the Union is very limited.
I received mine from India. No threats during or after he fact.
When did yours arrive? I've heard customs confiscations have begun in the past two weeks or so.
I received mine via DHL about a month ago.
dont leet them mak thm fucking prove in court that is agaist the [what] law to purchase and use iveermectin. ou can always claim that you orderedit for your sheep
I ordered several ivermectins over a few months as the news was shitting on it.
The packaging, syringe, and amount of product is different in a couple later buys. Maybe shrinkflation? But maybe an altered product? One of my packages was opened on receipt as well despite being domestic mail…
I want to order some. Is it illegal to order?
The substance Ivermectin is legally sold over the counter for animal use.
Is there a federal mandate to confiscate ivermectin?
I doubt there is any law against humans consuming any product made for animals, but if there is, they would have to catch you eating it to prove it isn't for one of your animals.
This sounds a highly illegal attempt to intimidate citizens with no basis in law, but probably they know normal consumers don't have the cash reserve to fight it in Court.
It is a prescription medication, don't spread this nonsense. You cannot order prescription medication without a prescription and importing it from another country is a crime. Yes you can get veterinary ivermectin without an rx.
It's a prescription medication in the U.S. (Human variety) It is sold over the counter in India and Singapore. That is where it is being shipped from, so I don't know if this complies in the U.S.
It's still a prescription medication in the United States. India's and Singapore's laws don't apply in the United States. Buying prescription drugs from another country on the internet and possessing then without a valid prescription from a US certified Dr is illegal, even if it's not some controlled substance.
So is lying that the jab is FDA is approved when it isn't, ignoring the vaccine injuries and deaths, and stealing a fucking election. I ordered. Ask me how many fucks I give if it's legal or not.
I never claimed anyone gave a fuck whether it's illegal or not to order ivermectin from another country, and I doubt people would get into trouble other then the government intercepting some shipments and destroying them. Was just relaying the facts, that such ordering prescription medications are in fact illegal.
Didn't mean to snap at you, brother. The time for complying with arbitrary laws is over, though. Order and hope it gets through in an effort to save someone is my advice
Thanks for the info.
A letter has been in discussion recently where someone's Ivermectin from India was held at the border by FDA. If your friend's Ivermectin is labeled "Iverheal" - the marketed name of the brand of Ivermectin that was the subject of the letter -- this implies a therapeutic claim for which FDA has not reviewed clinical studies in the context of this manufacturer's product.
The problem is likely HOW it is labeled, not the fact that it is Ivermectin
This smells like a big nothing burger. Let's use some critical thinking on this subject. Importation of any pharma product, by a citizen of the US has ALWAYS been on the table.
That last line is golden🤣
