My daughter’s (2nd grade) classmate tested positive. She sits at his lunch table. They made her and the other students at the table stay home pending a neg test on x date, after 2 days of still going to school after the “exposure”. However, they didn’t make her two sisters, who are in 3rd grade stay home, which is hilarious to me… What I need help with, is info. When I approach the school about this, I need informational ammo. Reputable studies about asymptomatic spread being false, masks not working, pcr false positives. If anyone can please link some in the comments, it would be very helpful. Thanks

Avoid having your daughter tested. Those tests aren't just fraudulent but sinister.
What I came to say. And, jf they just get sick, don't go get them tested, zero reason to. Just give them age appropriate vitamins and send them back when no fever after 24 hours or so.
Do not get the test. The PCR test is 95% false positive. Home school.
In a perfect world, home school is an option. But it’s not a realistic option for our family at the moment.
Tell the school officials that either all the children isolate or you let all the children back to school. That is discrimination.
The fact you draw some imaginary line between home schooling and living out in the country shows you really don’t know much about this.
The point being that the plan is only good if you dont have to lift a finger. Generally homeschooling isnt even that hard to implement. Even unschooling is better than government run schools just for subtracting all of the negatives associated with those institutions. And unschooling takes almost no effort. And it says so much that unschooling students do as well at standard tests as average gov schoolers. And a move or job change is maybe all thats needed to get rid of most of the other barriers to homeschooling.
The biggest thing that actually prevents people from doing it are false stereotypes.
No it’s literally what you wrote.
Come on people, she didn't ask to be lectured about home schooling. She asked for help, links, studies.
I'm checking to see what I have saved.
Federal Law Prohibits Mandates of Emergency Use COVID Vaccines, Tests, Masks — 3 Resources You Can Use to Inform Your School or Employer https://msic69.wordpress.com/2021/07/29/federal-law-prohibits-mandates-of-emergency-use-covid-vaccines-tests-masks-3-resources-you-can-use-to-inform-your-school-or-employer/ .........................
Might wanna check that link fren. Says no longer available for me
Link no longer available. It has apparently been censored.
He lol... and thank you.
Id actually hope she did get it and the test says so. More and more information is coming out about how natural immunity is great. From this point forward you could say, “Nah, Im good. Im naturally immune.” With your preferred level of smugness.
take your kid out of that shitty school system and get your priorities right.
Use this from another post:

Remind them that the PCR test has had their EUA revoked by the CDC due to the fact that they give too many false results.
You can argue that without symptoms, your daughter's seatmate may only be a victim of a no longer approved test.
And, since your daughter has no symptoms, you will refuse to let them discriminate against her because of the teacher's irrational fear of germs. Call them racist if you have too....lol.
Now if those lunch tables have plastic dividers separating the kids, I would be demanding to know what's the point of them if the administration obviously don't think the dividers do their job?
My approach would be different- have a sit-down with the principal just to highlight the stupidity, and propose that they have a new policy: stay home if you have symptoms. (Don't tell them it's the longstanding, status quo, old policy, just point out that it lines up with their incentives to have more kids in school.)
Use any facts (for example, tests are fake) to support the new policy, not to prove their old policy is dumb.
My experience is that school officials will never succumb to facts that prove them wrong, but will sometimes take initiative and demonstrate leadership when it furthers their interests with spoon-fed talking points. Good luck!
And long-term, work with other parents to get a co-op school and call it homeschooling.
Feels kinda awful that you have to now beg a draconian school district to please let your poor kid back into class without taking an invasive covid test. You promise she will maintain her 3 feet distance and wear her good girl mask! Please oh please!
I went through this 3 times last school year with my special needs son who doesn’t wear a mask (1st grade). There was nothing I could say or do to change their mind. My only option would have been to take him and force them to keep him but I was told by other parents who tried, the students would be isolated from the rest of the school. Other parents were told CPS was called for child abandonment. I’m in Kansas, I’ve been fighting this none-sense since day one, and got all of my kids mask exemptions. They don’t care 🤷♀️
UPDATE: Here is the letter i'm sending to the school, the board of health, and the mayor of my town...
To whom it may concern,
All of that said… This situation with my daughter has caused myself and my family some distress and I can no longer go along and just blindly comply without voicing my opinion as a parent, and tax payer in this town. I have several questions regarding this situation, that I need you to help me understand.
For one, I’d like to know why these students specifically, are being discriminated against? In the case of my own daughter, she is not sick, is showing no symptoms and has also tested NEGATIVE (for a 3rd time this week with 2 home tests and a rapid test at the pharmacy) as of today (12-20-21). Why is she being made to stay home in the first place given she is clearly not sick? If you believe in your protocols, there should be no issues here and she should be returning to school promptly tomorrow, along with the other kids. They should have never been made to leave. As citizens of this country, they have the RIGHT to attend school and get an education. I’ll remind you, that the CDC, the WHO and FDA, OSHA etc, are not law making, elected bodies of government. Their recommendations are just that… recommendations. Additionally, the school’s understandable need to limit liability, along with these recommendations/mandates, do not supersede a person’s constitutional rights and civil liberties. None of these have gone through the legislative process to become laws and are therefore unenforceable in many respects. You are a public institution, and are bound by the law. To make a child stay home from school with zero evidence of sickness, is a violation of my daughter and families’ (and all others’) rights. It’s bad enough that they are being forced to wear a mask, despite the evidence that masks are by and large, very ineffective in this type of application, unless they are a specific type, which most people don’t have access to, yet the kids are still forced to wear them.
With all due respect, I demand these children be allowed to return to school immediately. I also request that ALL school covid related protocols be revised immediately at all levels within this municipality, through the lens of protecting civil liberties, adhering to the rights guaranteed to us by the constitution and bill of rights. Your jobs as school and government officials within the framework set forth in these documents, is less about mitigating liabilities, and more about education, and protecting the rights of the individuals in the municipality and school district. I respectfully ask you to refrain from engaging in activities that deny my children, or any other children from their right to an education. Sending home a packet and a zoom call doesn’t cut it. That’s not the agreement of how my tax dollars are used in this school system. My family went along with the home schooling in the beginning because not enough was known about this. Then when returning to school, we went along with the masks even though we didn’t agree. However, this has been a step too far, and I will no longer remain a bystander who watches my child suffer any more because of the arbitrary “rules” of unelected officials that are designed to protect liability vs. protecting rights. I will now voice my opinion, and let it be known that it is wrong, and it is unacceptable. Rest assured that while they may remain quiet, there are hundreds of millions of parents all over the state and country who feel the same way. You would have the support of all of them if you stand up for what’s right, and do the right thing. You have to set the example. Please do the right thing. Protect our children in a real way. Protect their rights. Let the parents and their doctors protect their health.
Attached is my daughter’s neg test.
Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response, and getting my child back in school.
This happened all this year at my grandkids school. Family not quarantined, but other kids were. Insane.
Get them away from the mind control centers. Take your children back. Why people continue to subject their children to this indoctrination is beyond me.
It’s the way the system is set up. We also have to have jobs and pay bills. Home school is only an option in a situation where you can have one working parent and one that stays home. Believe me when I tell you we counter it here at home with teaching them what we can that we know to be true and right. Unfortunately our hands are tied to some degree and it’s because the system as a whole, is the way it is.
Is it possible to buy a small piece of land and build your life from the ground up? No one is forcing people to stay in the system. How can one be free when they are chained to the material system we are currently in. No one has to do anything we make a choice, freedom or comforts. We choose to not take responsibility for our own health and we'll being. Pioneers were able to fend for themselves and they had a fraction of the resources available to us. Imagine placing yourself in a small piece of land (a hectare is plenty to provide for a family) with a shovel and a wheelbarrow and imagine what you could create if you spent the same hours you've given away to the system on that pice of homestead land of your own. Imagine if you instead of giving the last ten years of time away you spent it making ponds, irrigation systems, walls and the like. Imagine if you spent the last ten years immersing yourself in animal husbandry. We don't have to do anything. We are to afraid to take full responsibility for our lives and it's easier to continue being domesticated. God bless and God speed my friend.
