I was so irritated by what some family members were dealing with in Michigan and Minnesota (and especially with White Witch Whitmer ) that I wrote a complaint in the form of parody :

It is not the governments church. It is the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ. The government does not have authority over the Church.
Peter and John were told not to preach about the Lord, and their response was in Acts 4:19 "But Peter and John answered and said to them, “Whether it is right in the sight of God to listen to you more than to God, you judge. 20 For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard.”
In Commiefornia, Governor Gruesome and the County Health Department of Los Angeles ordered Grace Community Church in Los Angeles to shut down. The Pastor there, John MacArthur did not shut down and instead filed a lawsuit against both the County and the State. The Church won the lawsuit and both tyrannical entities had to pay $400K each.
This. My parish is 350 years old. It remained open through the Revolution, the Civil War, the Spanish flu and two world wars. This year I am not allowed in without a shot and a mask. I would love to attend Christmas Eve services somewhere. Perhaps that should be a goal today. Find a Christian church that will take me.
I most certainly agree with his statement. However, there is more. When we worship we are filled with the body of Christ, especially in the House of God where believers gather to be one voice before our Lord and Savior. Everyone knows in their heart whether they worship or not. When we do truly worship in each of us, our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit and by our faith alone we are protected from all evil. I am speaking of true faith; the pouring out of our spirit to be Christ's anointed. In the community of worship, it has been shown time again that our voices are strengthen and miracles of all sorts are commonplace. The sanctity of our body is that place the Holy Spirit visits and resides. I don't know about you, but I have a huge 'welcome' sign and my door is left open for the Holy Spirit. In the House of God, there is no Bogeyman of an unseen, undetectable, un-isolated virus that can harm us in the House of God. By faith alone it is defeated by our Master Jesus Christ.
Well praise God! Finally...a pastor, father, etc...that's willing to publicly stand up and put the government in it's place! Every church in the nation should have done this, but instead of a Black Robe Regimen, in America we have a bunch of pink, thong bikini pastors! Cowards and Charlatans! It was the Christian Church leaders back in the 1700's who spearheaded the revolt against the crown. The Black Robe Regimen is what stoked the fires of freedom in the hearts of our Founding Fathers for the most part.
After the shit show that we've seen in the last almost 2 years since this Covid crap hit, can America really be called the Land of the Free and Home of the Brave...NOT! Friends, we lost that title with the last generation I'm afraid...now the title should be Land of the Slave, Home of the Coward...but I have a great idea...lets just wait for Trump to come back and save our asses. Wait, that's not an idea...that's exactly what we are doing!!!!
