so I hit the upvote, it changes red and adds one. All good right?
Then I hit refresh, and every vote I did goes poof. Stickies at same count as they were when i started. Happened on every post. Not sure what's going on?

I've noticed it as well but have given it 5 minutes and the upvotes seem to stick.

Happens to me literally every day after I first log in. If I try to vote immediately after I log in it doesn't stick, but if I refresh the page then I'm able to vote like normal.
Edit: Seems like today they just aren't sticking no matter what.
You have to turn it off/on a few times and shake it. u/catsfive broken the warp drive once and it’s never been the same.

Responding to title: yeah, still waiting for 2020 to be fixed. IRL, I am the only person I know that cares. I scoff at anyone who mentions the next presidential election. Rumor has it, I am supposed to show up in 2022 and 2024 no questions asked.
If voting worked the way you think it did, I’d be able to fire up 20 or so virtual machines and crash the site upvoting and downvoting the same shit over and over.
It works the way it does to limit the number of server hits.
