After what they did to Epstein, Maxwell had to know she was next. There was only one way to survive. I think she talked. The trial has been one ongoing negotiation.
When Q asked us why the trial would be delayed for a year, I think it's because Maxwell was co-operating and they were creating unsealed indictments and possibly grand juries. The fact that she didn't even bother to testify says to me that she already had already negotiated the outcome in return for her co-operation. However, anything is possible as we don't know what's going on in the background but I believe the White Hats are definitely in control.
I think that was a last minute thinly veiled threat, or cry for help to someone to save her from conviction. It clearly didn’t work. Those protected are no longer.
Possible .. but more likely, IMO, is Comey will recommend a VERY light sentence, e.g. time served, in order to shut her up.
The Elite do NOT want her talking. If Comey asks for a long sentence (I've heard 60/70 years max penalty), then Maxwell may get pissed and give up names of the elite. If they offer her a light sentence, and travel out of the country, and access to her money, she may keep her mouth shut and exit gracefully.

I think any slowness in the pace can hopefully be attributed to RICO level prosecution. You need to round them all up before they can scurry away. We just have to remind ourselves there is likely a metric shit ton of things going on behind the scenes until the big RICO/crime reveal.
But who do we have that will pursue RICO level stuff? DOJ still DS controlled. Durham is assigned to FISA and election stuff . Trafficking stuff not in his purview. And it shouldn't be - assign his directive too broadly and stuff won't get sufficiently investigated.
And nothing moving on election fraud these days. Last good news was that PA judge allowed looking at voting machines but we're a year out - who knows what condition those are in anymore. Midterms coming up pretty quickly.
