I had to look up when CERN actually began and it's been conceptualized and built in the 50's, more tunnels and colliders have since been added. I know they'd like to build one on the moon too, btw. I am not nearly old enough to have been there since the beginning, so perhaps that's why I never noticed anything. I've travelled abroad before all the current events went down and there's no specific different feelings when I'm in other countries that I would attribute to CERN. There are a lot of UFO sightings here, however, you could say that for everywhere. I will let you know if I do notice something once they start it up with more power!
