No way this will pass SCOTUS! How do they think they can support weekly testing for 80 Million people?!? They didn't have enough tests to support this recent round of Omicron. Do they really think OSHA is going to oversee this? OSHA can't even keep up with their existing workload.

I’m actually not allowed to work right now because I’m waiting on delayed test results even though my office is currently work remote. It’s the dumbest thing.
I think there’s two ways to look at it. If they rule for us, I think Dems push for emergency court packing. Honestly I think they’re expecting it, and dying to use this as a trigger.
