I was approaching from an angle of feasible travel distance. Perhaps intergallactic wormholes are a thing but, if not, point to point for some of these alleged origin points is just insane for the amount of time it would take to get here or there, not even considering the concept of a revisit.
They could be using interdimensional travel techniques for interstellar travel :-) . What those might be are beyond me, but if I get drunk enough, I'm sure I could make a few up :-p
Now, let's all do our part to reduce our galaxy's hydrogen footprint. It's all about universal cooling. In the long run, you're gonna need that hydrogen. Hydrogen tax credits anyone??
I had read a theory that any aliens that we do meet are probably related to us somehow if it is just interstellar vs interdimensional stuff. Because an ancient spacefaring civilization would have spread out colonizing different worlds with humanoids over time like millions of years as the civilization disintegrated all the children would be cut off from the other child colonies. But when we meet an ‘alien’ it could be a distant cousin. As opposed to meeting some other alien evolved independently which would likely be much farther away and not reachable compared to possible ‘cousin’ aliens.
I admit, I used to be a young earth creationist but researched myself into other theories because I couldn't keep my mind in a box. Humanity's history is so much greater than the limited choices presented to us.

It seems every civilization has their flood story and their savior. Personally, I believe these saviors/educators were remnants of an established worldwide civilization but to each their own interpretation of the evidence.
You will find countless artifacts have gone missing or have been destroyed in an effort to gatekeep the history of man and our cataclysmic cycles of civilization rise and fall.

I've been at this for years and it's a conversation most aren't ready to hear.
This does assert that we understand the existence and creation of life well enough to account for it in an equation. Evolution assumes that if you throw a big enough of number into a RNG life simulator you eventually get Life, but that seems to be a theory not a law. It could also be said that the Universe is created for Mankind to explore and grow into, a specially created multi-dimensional "bubble" created by God for us to play in, like a level in a Video game.
the bible makes no mention of other planets, aliens. That does not mean they don't exist. God could have other things going on besides our planet and it is His business. If He wanted us to know he would tell us. He does tell us there are no other gods besides Him, He knows of none. Mormons have a believe in an infinity of planets, each with their own god. Just sayin
We know of Earthlike planets nearby on a stellar level.
Math you've seen says that they are rare. These planets like we have are not the norm, nor are single star systems for that matter.
If you think we are so tremendously special when there are over 100 billionSTARS alone in our expected galaxy you are not really capable of rational thought.
You can plan out a complicated billiard shot with mathematical precision, but if the cue ball is slightly out of round, you're screwed.
It's not just the current state of Earth that's important. It's the exact state of the Earth throughout its entire history so far. All of those one-in-a-trillion conditions multiply out to near impossibility of duplication.
As an Aspie, I'm certainly capable of rational thought, and I have sorted through much more information than most people will ever be aware of.
I'm more apt to believe in interdimensional visitors rather than interstellar ones because... math.
Everyone's here using all of them big ass scientific words while I'm just here looking to clap dem alien cheeks...
...just kidding, I'm about to call up my geometry teacher and ask her where's the actual useful stuff like stuff about the 5th Dimension and shit.

It's not about traveling faster, or further.
It's about traveling smarter.

"Tesseract" should be a good start. ^^' https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t7wqbdEDeW8
Simple math would tell you that it's impossible to be alone in such a vast universe -- the observable universe alone.
That's not the issue.
The issue is how could any beings "out there" ... get here?
But you know they would have lights on the outside of the vehicle so they can see where they are going!!
But that's not really the initial question? The initial question is other life in the universe. It's a resounding impossibility that there isn't.
Whether they have broken known physics enough for long distance space travel is a different question entirely.
"Simple math" doesn't say a thing about it. If you make up a formula, and then make up numbers to go in it, it will say whatever you wish.
The "math" I've seen says that there's almost zero possibility that there's another planet similar to Earth in the universe.
Actually, it is almost impossible for there NOT to be planets like Earth out there somewhere.
But they are too far away to have this discussion.

Exactly,
Q was asked "are we alone"
not "do aliens visit earth?"
Q's reply was "consider the vastness of space"
Now consider the "wow signal"
Nope.
it's like, the law of total probability, bro

Sort of Earthlike, but not nearly close enough.
You can plan out a complicated billiard shot with mathematical precision, but if the cue ball is slightly out of round, you're screwed.

Think more Quantum than basic physics when it comes to time, dimensions, space folding etc.
