At the beginning of this insanity, people went absolutely nuts trying to disinfect their entire house, and more so anything they might eat, or use to eat. I'm sure that did lead to a rise in people consuming various cleaning products more than usually occurs.
The lie is that they claimed Trump told everyone to drink bleach, and that people heard this and listened. Then they tried to back up the lie by showing reports compiled from data taken weeks earlier, showing that there was a rise in poisonings.
