Replace the Dept of Just-Us with the Dept of Law & Order. Dissolve the FBI and give their crime lab over to the US Marshals who will be the new tip of the spear for the Dept of Law and Order.

How about you 'fix' the CIA and FBI.. kind of necessary to have Federal Police in a proper working Government. Do people not remember FBI unraveled Lewinsky / Clinton with Ken Star? They were vital for that case. The FBI is as good as the agents who work(ed) for it. FIX IT.
Too corrupt. Cannot be cleaned. Nuke it and start over with new personnel. In the information age the country needs at least 1 intelligence agency but there is so much redundancy right now it's ridiculous. The fbi, cia, dhs, nsa, military intelligence (to name a few) are all doing the same things with minor variations. Nobody wants to cave and admit it's redundant because that will cost them their jobs and funding. They are almost all corrupt bureaucrats by this point -- at best-- and avowed communists, at worst.
