More and more frequently I’m getting this weird sensation....it’s hard to describe, but it’s a combination of feelings and physical sensations....like the anticipation of meeting my lover, with nervous butterflies in my gut, followed by a jolt of electrifying goosebumps combined with that excitement of a child on Christmas morning.
I have literally worried over and prepared for this shit for decades. But all of the sudden I am at peace, I have no more fear and worry.

As someone else said, watches and clock faces are frequently put in the 10:10 position in photos because it looks like a smile and creates a more positive image for customers. It's a marketing tool. And it's been done that way for decades. I was first told of the "smile" on clocks when I was in middle school over 30 years ago.
Just do an image search for clocks and watches and count how many are set at 10:10.

For a while I worked at Arlington Cemetery way back when. I had to carry a handheld radio, and we used radio codes like 10-4, 10-9, etc.
10-2 meant "signal is good (or like you said - loud and clear)."
For 10-10 we didn't use the police meaning (fight in process). For some reason ours meant basically - F You.
At the time I had 2 radios - one for the contractors and one for the Military District of Washington. The codes were the same.
Could it be 10-10 or 10-2 like the law of war 11-3 and 11-4? Anything interesting in those sections?

I’ve always seen watches advertised this way due to the watch resembling a smile. I don’t believe there’s anything to it.
It also frames the brand name which is usually just above center of the face.
10 after 10 is the default setting for new clocks, as it's pleasing to the eye and keeps both hands fully visible.

In the old Dr Pepper ads on TV, 10, 2 and 4 were the times of day to take a break and drink a Dr Pepper. I have one of the really old bottles with the 10-2-4 raised design on the green glass.
All watches in advertisements are shown at 10:10. Take a look at commercial ads for watch sales. They all show this time, and have for decades. It photographs nicely.

Looks like a 45 degree angle. 45.
The clock is 360 degrees. There are 12 hours on the clock face. 360/12 = 30. So the distance between every number on the clock (1,2,3,etc.) is 30 degrees. That means between 10 and 2 is 120 degrees.
Maybe it can equal 45 in metric, but nobody uses that anyhow.
So the clock shows it is time for 45
