I dont believe the numbers. Why would they be so rabid about mandates and coercion if they really had such great levels of vaccination?
What I believe is going on here is that part of their coercion strategy was massively inflating the numbers of supposed vaccine adoption, in order to make us feel only a small minority opposed them.
They really shot themselves in the foot with this, because it didn't work out like they expected, and then they had to pretend most people are vaccinated while also acting like tyrants to push more vaccination. It just doesn't make sense, and makes them look like they are just bastards attacking the unvaccinated out of spite.
