This is great news! With all the election news coming out recently let's hope this really gets the ball rolling!
cant PA supreme court overrule this? would US supreme court or a fed court take this case?
They probably will... and no the other probably won't... at least that'd be consistent but who knows anymore???

The bridge collapse is dominating news outlets across the state to slide the news about the court ruling.
The courts in this country. As bad as reality tv shows. One says this, the other that. I rule for this, you rule for that, and big daddy government laughs all the way to the bank.
Trump did amazing things to increase the courts for the American people. Will it be enough in the end? He installed over 300 judges in courts, federal courts of i’m not mistaken. It’s been in play already. Hopefully soon, very soon, we will start to see the benefits of those judges with this election fraud of 2020.
Here's the rub: all the republicans voted for Act 77 because they were told that it was something that it wasn't. NOBODY read the frigging bill!!
How many bills have they continued to pass without reading?
This is my issue and I'm sticking to it.
Has even one PA republican even said "Whoops, my bad! I'm going to start reading every bill before I vote on it."
So when does the appeal get filed?
End of day today…injunction by Monday.
SC weighs in on Wednesday, new lower court case to celebrate on Thursday. Friday’s off, and enjoy your weekend!
So, will this ruling be retroactive? If it was unconstitutional, then the votes can't stand. They MUST be removed from the count.
So if someone owns slaves and slavery is deemed unconstitutional, does the owner of those slaves get to keep them, or are the slaves released immediately? If mail in votes are deemed unconstitutional, do the recipients of those votes get to keep them, or are the votes not counted?
Before a court deems something unconstitutional, the law was still legal and in action. Did those slaves get to go back and have their freedom from before again? No, because beforehand it was legal. When the drinking age was raised from 18 to 21, they didn't arrest 19 year olds for drinking in the past even though it's now illegal. Similarly for things like Obamacare or other things that end up in front of courts. They're legal from the time the governor/president signs the law until something is overturned by courts or the legislature removes the law. You can't just go and change what happened in the past when something was legal.
Ugh. Thank you for enlightening me .. I think. I don't know; though. 'Cause they didn't go through the legislature to enact it in the first place. But you're probably right. Sigh Where's the fraud vitiates everything train? I like that one.
Oh... So the "Big Trap" theory gets more vindication...
