2 years to late. Many have died due to the AG not acting sooner and by allowing mandates to ruin people’s health, life, learning and socialization. We knew this was unlawful and that the impetus was money and power driven 2 years ago.
Quite Right. Government is typically slow to react, especially republican run governments. Having known from the beginning, I detest we have to squirm in our seats, while the government is frozen with the latest politics.
That African American Dr Emanuel dared Texas to pull her medical license. She said she had GOD on her side. Nobody did a thing to her for prescribing the cures for the virus.
Next up (I hope): Medical Board members CAN be punished for PREVENTING doctors from prescribing Ivermectin or ANY MEDICATION, ACTION, OR PROCEDURE the doctor has good reason to believe would help the patient.
"proper healthcare decisions are to be made between a patient and his or her physician, and the government should not interfere with their relationship."
Period. (As OP notes, this is true in all 50 states and throughout every country in the world, as truth knows no bounds.)
Texas is falling? I’ve thought they were pretty based once the governor decided the plandemic was over, alongside Florida. The only thing I can see that would be destroying Texas is the open border and I don’t understand why the border states haven’t developed funding themselves to pay for the completion of the wall.
Punish the MEDICAL BOARDS for not allowing it! Not one person on the medical boards should be allowed to ever work in the medical industry again. Lifetime ban. Wake UP!
This is reasonable legal sense. Physicians are 'licensed' by the State to practice. The question is the so-called "state medical licensure board" a government entity or a private organization advising the State government? Either way the AG has the power to file lawsuit and to indict if coercion, harassment or the appearance of unlawful acts are being made.

Beware the double-play.
Does this mean doctors can't be punished for pushing the "vaccines" either?
Do we even know what is in the vaccines? Ivermectin and HCQ have been in use for decades
Was just wondering this? u/sleepydude

Its a step in the right direction, no matter what!
This has ALWAYS been the case. Oklahoma AG is a political theater faggot, just like the other 49.
Well put the medical boards on the dart board, too.
It’s a bit LATE?!! 💀
