When Q said "No outside comms" he meant outside 8kun, not outside Truth Social.
News flash - Whoever @Q is on Truth Social, they are affiliated with the dev team based on the date the account was created.
Q may never post again on 8kun, but if they do, it will likely be to either verify the Truth Social account or to dispute its authenticity.

At the very least it's dasting - especially the account create date before Trump account create date.
I can think of an excellent reason: So impostors could not post elsewhere online as Q and mislead anons and the general public. Any and all info coming directly from the real Q is on 8kun and nowhere else, is what Q meant.
