I'm not even sure the reversal of their permits and the halt of the operations were even legal to begin with.
But, if any industry has the time/money to fight something legally - it's oil. So, I guess the Feds covered their asses pretty good before strategically destroying the USA.
My understanding is the Big oil producers are owned by the international banks. I know BP Petroleum is a Rothschild operation. This most likely weighs into the lack of lawsuits in the oil industry. Shell Oil is a Rothschild operation and it recently was exposed for buying Russian oil for under market value. They simply explained it away as normal business. This is UK though.
There's a video archive of the hearing also on this Link (thankfully) that the hearing starts around minute mark 17;00 or so. It's around a 2.5 hour video.
Since all businesses, banks, medical are ultimately owned by the Rockefellers, Rothschilds, Schwab, Payseurs, etc. through Blackrock and Vanguard, U.S. oil is irrelevant. They will make their money through whichever country buys and sells oil. Their goal is to destroy the U.S. via destroying businesses, jobs, open borders, military weakness, banking. They will make the U.S. a 3rd world country. The only hope is through people waking up, protesting and rising up.
Welp. As a citizen of OK, I'm pretty sure OK is ready, willing, and able to drill, produce, refine, transport and store if the powers that be would pull the masks off their faces and set us free!
Bouncing off of this does anyone know if fines are public information? Our county reintroduced mask mandates in the middle of December until sometime in January and I was very curious in general if anyone anywhere business-wise has been fined for not obeying mandates.
I know we saw videos of people being harassed by health inspectors or health inspectors looming outside of businesses but have some the businesses closed due to complying to lockdowns and losing money or were they put out of business by fines???
Sorry for co-opting your thread with another question, I was just curious if anyone knew. It's slightly related haha.
Where I'm at, when my dipshit county reintroduced mask mandates, the based businesses I know about were going to county and city board meetings to fight.
Because they kept getting threatened to be shutdown, I'm not sure about fined, they told employees they had to wear masks and explained why, but if they had medical conditions, they could get exemptions. And they either told or put up signs for customers that they legally couldn't ask about medical conditions, so they'd assume they had a medical condition if they weren't wearing a mask.
The gym handed out little RX stickers for people to wear, even without actual medical exemptions, so county health board and other patrons wouldn't question them. Most people were wearing the stickers. Hahaha! Some asshole customers/ex-customers kept reporting them to the county health department. So they visibly had to pretend to do something. Otherwise they were going to get their business license pulled.
Did people come to actually check? Kinda like how people will buy booze to see if a business is actually carding?
I just can't stop wondering what would have happened if no business or at least 50% of them complied. Were they going to fine everyone? Were they going to shut down every business?
Oh yeah. Constantly. At least weekly. Because assholes kept turning them in if they saw anyone inside without a mask. They were stalking them like driving by looking in the windows, and then calling the health department. And then it's like the county health department went on a vendetta against them or something. I know of 3 different businesses that kept happening to, and those are just the ones family members go to, so I'm sure there were more. A gym, protein smoothie shop, and a Chipotle. However someone contacted Chipotle corporate and they went full maskholes while the mandates were in place.
The gym and protein smoothie shop are small local businesses. All the bigger businesses were complying by kicking unmasked people out, or putting up mask required signs even if people weren't wearing them. I never got kicked out of anywhere for not wearing a mask. My brother in law did, though. Some chain restaurant that I can't remember which one now.
Oh, another local restaurant moved to another city to get out of the reach of the county health department over it. Wild times.
I think the dumbest thing I saw at my gym was every other lane closed in the pool for "social distancing." It's like the virus knows to stay in its own lane, haha.
In all this, it's important to note that big oil has no more incentive to sell us cheap gas than big pharma has to sell us cheap drugs.
I suspect oil companies aren't much in the mood to fight the policies, since it allows them to increase their prices legally without engaging in price fixing.
Open defiance is difficult, especially when you have fixed, immovable assets. I agree on principle, but it's a bigger ask than defying an individual mandate on a mask of injection. It will be lovely to see it happen.

Would armed soy boys from the EPA show up?

I take it this didn't help you with you co-opted thread question.

Wow that is absolutely disgusting. Do you might sharing what state this was in? You don't have to share the specific county if you don't like.
I don't mind. If someone really wants to find me, they will. It was in KCMO area.
Edit to add: I just realized that spans multiple counties. It was in the shit hole democrat county.
And surround all the wells that are drilling and the refineries with truck conveys
But what's to stop Biden's boys from conjuring up an off-season Cat 5 'cane over the oil refineries off Gulf coast?
They are coconspiritors.

Feds marching in with guns forcing them to stop operations.
They could have picked up Koresh at any time.
