It's actually my aunt. My aunt controls 90% of the critical rare earth elements. Started out as just a hobby, but she got REALLY into it, and eventually she became the biggest neodymium tycoon in the world. All the kids got these cool magnet toys last Christmas. It was a lot of fun.

Bogus story. Rare earth elements aren’t actually rare. They’re everywhere. U.S. used to mine tons, China just undercut. They’re dirty to mine, but in a pinch we’ve got lots.

Are familiar with? Stan Meyer? I think that was his name. Guy that claimed to have made an O2 generator so efficient he could run his car, a converted VW Manx, on water. Claimed he figured out how to separate the O from H2O right at the cylinder heads thus using O for the combustible. Always wondered if that was real. Sure seemed so.
