Trump is moving us back to the gold standard. Seeing who was willing to print fiat money at the expense of the American people was necessary. We will be more than fine financially once it's all said and done. Short term pain, long term financial freedom and prosperity. Hold the line!
I've never heard anything of Trump trying to revert us back to the Gold Standard. I've read quotes where he's stated he's a fan of it, but no plan or policy to bring that back.
Also, I don't see how conducting in the same policies that destroyed the nation (like obama and biden are (printing)) it is helping lol.
The reality is not everything he does or has done is sound. He's a human being. Money printing was nasty during his time and he pointed (falsely) to the stock market as an indicator of financial health.
Short term pain for long term gain would have been getting the fed to raise interest rates substantially, not print useless money and reduce government spending.
