The computer repair guy contacted local PD, FBI, and DOJ, but they all refused to do anything about it. That is why he made so many copies of the hard drive - to forward to law enforcement. He got so many NOs that he was forced to seek out the only prosecutor worth the title - Giuliani.

Wrong. The repair guy did contact the FBI and told them to come get it after numerous attempts to contact Hunter with no response and then seeing the contents and realizing the felonious crimes that were on it.
The FBI waited months and finally sent some low-level persons to get it with no sense of urgency or seriousness. Repairman also told them that if they did not make the contents and the information public, he would. They held onto it and then did nothing. Remember he got the laptop in early 2019. He waited a fair amount of time for the FBI to announce their investigation, etc., but when they did not, he then gave a copy to Rudy Giuliani around mid - late 2020.
Rudy allegedly saw some of the contents and then felt it best to hand it off to his local PD, I think, considering the seriousness of the crimes that were on it.

Your theory is very flawed. Why would he leave/forget his laptop? This simplest answer is. When you have FU money like the Bidens do, you don’t really care about a puny laptop. For him, it’s like driving across town to pick up a candy bar. Doesn’t make sense. He probably ordered a new one, realized he was able to recover his cloud data to the new laptop, and carried on with life, while willingly ignoring the shop owners calls because he didn’t care about the laptop and probably not realizing that the shop owner had rights to the laptop and information on it after a certain amount of time. Random shop? as opposed to a not so random shop? The guy probably had good reviews or a good turn around time. And the guy decides to look at it after 90 or so days, that laptop would be considered abandoned. A friend of mine had a computer repair shop once. It was recommended to report illegal content unless you obviously don’t see it. Why did he not turn it into the FBI, but rather to Rudy? if you actually read into this whole thing, you’d realize that he DID turn it in to the FBI and the FBI just sat on it. At which point, since nothing was being done, he turned it into Rudy since that iron was hot. I probably would’ve done the same since criminals deserve to go to jail.
That being said, all these “coincidental” circumstances do not surprise me

It does, but, as you know, in the real world, things just happen the way they do. I don’t think these actions were premeditated. I think they just played out the way they played out. Keep in mind, hunter was probably high, and it’s not his first time slipping up publicly. Remember the hot mic situation? He’s pretty reckless.

Rudy was the last resort. And yes, Rudy is a famous lawyer, so likely to get this type of case landed. When people are desperate they might rack their memory and find Rudy there, because he is trusted. Not a fluke.
Also, a crack-smoking dude might well want his laptop repaired, given that it was chock-full of stuff. In the interim he would buy a new computer. The new computer may well be the reason he forgot to pick up the old one, however. Oooops.
Furthermore, one would be careful about putting 'everything on a cloud' given the TNT nature of the information, dontyathink?

I always wondered who would have their own laptop loaded with self incriminating evidence? That does not make sense to me at all. It seems much more probable it belonged to someone else. A double agent? A white hat? I’m sure when you are as out of control as he has been it would be fairly easy for anyone to get inside his circle if they wanted to.
The timing of its original release under normal circumstances would have certainly kept his dad out of the White House. It is absolutely stunning to think how different this all would have been if it had been one of Trump’s kids. The ignoring of such glaring evidence combined with the election rigging involved a mind numbing amount of individuals complicit in one of the greatest crimes of the century. I know Trump had no idea just how big and deep the swamp really is. Modern technologies in the hands of the bad guys certainly gives them a tremendous advantage.

To me it seems fishy as well. What if Biden was committed to the Presidency and didn't want to be associated with this level of evil? What if he didn't want his name forever associated with the fulfillment of the plan and everything was an effort at self sabotage? Biden seems to show two people, the dementia Biden, and the "regular" Biden, which would support your idea that he he occasionally fakes the dementia, for some bigger reason.
