I think Discovery will be faster than normal, due to all the Evidence that has been released already.....
My only concern is how soon will the court schedule it, and how fast can they get through Jury Selection....
I'm not a law fag, but it would seem the facts are mostly settled in this case. I'm not sure if intent has to be proven which may be the challenging part of this case if so.

As lawsuits go, the evidence here is not subtle.
After a certain amount of evidence has been introduced, Intent becomes a secondary thing.....
And oh boy is there a mountain of Evidence.....
I expect that after the case is done, or maybe, rare, but during, there will be lots of Criminal Charges brought to bear against the Criminals named in the lawsuit.....

What's the over/under on how many motions to dismiss will be filed, and how many years the judge(s) will privately deliberate over said motions?
I think that you have to prove the reasons for Grounds to dismiss, which in this case will mean disproving all the reasons for the Lawsuit, which even with the scant evidence that we see here on GAW, is impossible to disprove......
Knowing Trump, and his legal team, I'm sure they have tons more than we know of.....
Attorneys can file numerous "motions to dismiss", and you can bet each named defendant's attorney will file at least one, at a minimum. And judges can take whatever time they think they need to consider each motion. There are no rules or requirements. I'd be willing to bet a few defendants will file these motions based on psychological impairment, mental unfitness to stand trial, etc. We'll have a few years of psychiatric evaluations to muddle through if so.
None of these motions will have anything to do with what Trump and his attorneys may or may not have. The motions to dismiss portion are the months and years leading up to discovery, which will take years upon years after all the motions are denied. Even if all the motions are ultimately dismissed, there won't be a trial for at least 5 years. That's my hunch. Only then will we finally get to see what Trump's team presents. By then, nobody will really care.
It's a game. All the judges and attorneys makes more money. They're all on the same team. They can and will delay proceedings as long as their clients have deep pockets.
The LEGAL SYSTEM is a giant containment field designed to protect the cabal, punish the ignorant masses, and extract energy and wealth. It has nothing to do with the "law and facts", and never has...
All it takes is ONE Based Judge.....
And I'll bet that the Trump Team has already vetted ALL the possible Judges in the Courthouse where they filed......
And said judge can be easily "persuaded" to recuse him/herself. Such is the nature of the fraudulent LEGAL system. The fact that everything rides on ONE MAN/WOMAN alone.
In a common law, Article I "Superior" court proceeding, there is merely a "referee" acting as "Justice of the Peace", easily replaceable on a whim, whose job is to neither make determinations on the "law" or the "facts". But instead, the justice's job is to merely ensure a fair and honorable proceeding. Any justice of the peace can step in at a moment's notice and perform this role. Thus rendering the "compromised judge" a moot point.
It's up to the jury "Of peers" to decide on both the law and the facts - as it should be. This is the way it was from 1789 to 1865, as well as a smattering of proceedings up until 1938 when the cabal merged common law and "equity" proceedings, thusly making every case a "LEGAL" proceeding (instead of "LAWFUL") tried in an Article III "Inferior court", dealing only with talking fictional entities (CorpOrations -> Talking corpses) --- which is the whole birth certificate strawman scam that was simultaneously launched in the mid 1930s.
At any rate, I do believe the tides are turning and we may see something entirely unlike what we've seen these past 150 years. I certainly hope so. Fingers crossed. But if we're still in the "you can't tell the people, you have to show them" stage of "the plan", this case will drag on for many years.
We shall see...

Since it is a Jury Trial, I hope, and I expect, at least in part, there may be some actual Common Law involved....
Unfortunately, a common law proceeding is not possible if "Attorneys" are involved. Their very role is to "Re-Present" the living man (Donald-Jon of the Trump family). They Re---Present the man as the fictional corporation entity (DONALD J TRUMP) and this is what enables admiralty/maritime courts to "Proceed", via the attorney "motions" which put the dead fictional entities literally into MOTION.
However, none of this precludes Trump from emerging victorious in the legal court proceeding. It just won't be a common law proceeding.
Call them what you will, but Lawyers, Attorneys, Barristers, et al. are not forbidden from applying the common Law....
Well, the Judge being pushed for Recusal is a Clinton Judge....
And if the subpoenas work like they DON'T in Maricopa county (2020 election routers and Splunk data packet files STILL never handed over or seized by any law enforcement entity), they'll just ask politely to turn over all their evidence to the court - over and over and over again - with nobody TAKING the fucking evidence by force.
Yep, there are a thousand ways to "delay justice" in the LEGAL system. It was designed this way on purpose...
That's why when I see these things, I smile and move on. Legal system is painstakingly slow.

Judges won't do anything because they are corrupt ... so the military will hold trials. That's my understanding, anyway. Corrupt judges need to be outed and tried and hung, as well, or the rest will never go away.
