This is essentially why I have been taking mild SARMs like ostarine and Cardarine for the past couple years. I am healthier than ever, yet the FDA says they’re bad for me. Hmmmmm I wonder if it’s the FDA that’s bad for me instead….
They hate red meat. Red meat is god's gift. I am on an animal based diet though I drink beer and wine (look at my username). People like Dr. Shawn Baker and Dr Paul Saldino (carnivoremd2.0 on instagram) have been attacked constantly because they are speaking nutrition truth. The testimonies of people who follow their programs are mind blowing at times.
6/7 days a week I fast and only eat meat, fruit and honey and I only drink black coffee, whole milk, bone broth and flavored seltzer water (I like the bubbles). On my off day I'll have a cheat meal and some beer/wine. I have never felt better though and have dropped energy drinks, fast food, processed sugar, soda etc. easily.
Also a side bonus if you drink is that on animal based/keto you don't need many drinks to get a good buzz/drunk going. Keto drunk is a very real thing lol. Being in the beer industry I was a tank when it came to drinking but after transitioning to this way of eating 3-4 drinks depending on abv is my limit. It hits way harder.
There was one good doctor that helped my father when he was alive. He told him to avoid sugars and focus on meat because of his cancer and chemo were taking a toll on him. A diet of meat is vital not only for your brain, muscles but also your cardiovascular health.
Hmmm Bone broth? Honestly, do you have some links to how you make it and what you like? On the funny side... "Bone Broth" sounds like something Hunter Biden makes for his crack wh*res.
Lots of good content online basically add bones some acid like apple cider vinegar and cook forever. Good use for a pressure cooker or Instant Pot if you got one.
I got a pressure cooker for a wedding gift... 20+ years ago. I have never felt competent enough to put the pressure cooker on the stove. I burn food all of the time, blowing up the kitchen seems plausible:)
we make bone broth every week in a 20 year old pressure cooker... I use it for the meat/ veggies soup that we have for breakfast. We did blow up the pressure cooker one time. It's really not as traumatizing as you think
Bone broth for that delicious collagen replenishment. Ever wonder why so many athletes or people tear up their ligaments or joints? Maybe, it can be suggestive of poor dieting?
Also, vitamin C as a co-enzyme along with collagen that's absolutely necessary for collagen synthesis.
Depends. If you have seizures, keto might help. Otherwise, there's not much evidence.
Intermittent fasting though, if you're carrying more weight than you should be, look into it. The human body is evolved for a hunter-gatherer lifestyle with intermittent food.
The last lit review I read on it. It's been a while since I reviewed the topic in detail, so there may be updated information out there more recent than this.
The tendrils of rot and corruption run deep in our society. A system designed to poison and control people and wring as much money and resources out of them as possible before they die. They see us as livestock to be used and butchered so they can remain comfortable and fat in their palaces.
The government is not your friend, it's your worst enemy.
Why do you think they push grain so hard? Bread and grain is bullshit and is why we have so many fat fucks in this country. If people at minimum were Paleo, America would have way less health issues.
Just gonna drop this here regarding iodine as a "suggestive" dietary guide use. It's suggestive because yall gotta do your own research too. I'm not USDA or the CDC mandating or demanding a guideline for its use, just a dude sharing info.
Well, if you're into TRT, or already actively have natural testosterone levels, or if you are actually XX-chromosome female, excessively high levels of estrogen may cause breast cancer or gynecomastia. Whereas, high levels of testosterone always aromatizes into estrogen, unless of course you take aromatase inhibitors. While the cosmetic side effect of just looking like you have man boobs is kinda off putting, the actual internal side effects can be painful. My community calls them "spicey nips"
The cystic fibrosis angle for iodine deficiency is intriguing too. Some studies show that people who've taken SERMs (Selective estrogen receptor modulators) like nolvadex or raloxifene take quite awhile for their breast tissues to go away. Now, what happens if iodine is added? There's no studies indicating both SERM usage, but the theory makes sense to include both for efficient recovery.
Personally, I like potassium iodine (KI) versus lugol's or iodizied table salt. 1/8 tsp of potassium iodine is roughly 1.4-1.5grams of KI, and since iodine is 127g/mol, it accounts for roughly 76% of the mass of KI. Hence, 1/8 tsp leads to 1.14g of elemental iodine. Way more effective than lugol's or iodized table salt.
And Ancel Keys totally fudged his data so both the food pyramid and my plate are not scientifically supported. Much illness stems from his flawed work.
As a general rule, anything coming out of the government, I do the opposite. It works.

Thanks for the tip, my man. I have low T for my age and will take a look at these.
Except for Pelosi’s stock trades

Blew up the pressure cooker, and its not a big deal??? WOW, I am afraid!
It's just loud, nobody was hurt. You're not standing over it with your face in front of it...

I saved this post! Thank you Fren!
This is the truth. Intermittent fasting and exercise is the best way to beat depression too.

Do you have sauce on keto helping seizures?

Not much evidence for what? Keto is the only diet supported by science.

But we're the alt right extremists bc we're exercising. Im rolling my eyes right now
Don't forget about sunshine and actually breathing clean air.

Thanks for this link. It's a very well constructed explanation of something that most people would find too boring to read in article format.
Welcome fren. I thought the same.

“Man cannot grow thin on bread alone.”
I think we have the most corrupt government.
There's some tough competition though.

The truth is the root cause of all.of it is the love of money. Greed. These people are simply greedy and do evil because of it.
