Laws cant prohibit other laws that are on an equal footing. The correct process if you want some laws removed is to repeal them and strike them entirely from their respective codes. And existing laws say that killing children is already illegal.
If any lawmaker wants to officially endorse murder and terrorism against newborns, I'd say they ought be burned alive.
If any lawmaker wants to officially endorse murder and terrorism against newborns, I'd say they ought be burned alive.
Not only that, but any such legislation will have no effect of law, because unconstitutional to legislate permissible murder of innocent humans, whether newborn or otherwise.
ALL illegal or unconstitutional laws are null and void and must not be heeded.
Plenty of unconstitutional things going on, and the majority of them by leftists.
But also dont forget, these are the people who weep and moan and riot when mass murderers, the worst serial killers and rapists are given death penalties. All of whom received due process, chances for appeals, and a fair trial and jury.
What baby who committed no crime can receive a death sentence with no arrest or charges, no chance of appeal or due process of any kind when even the worst terrorists dont?
That is abominable even by the standards of hellishness that they endorse normally.
I read through it entirely. It does not state those terms anywhere. It does state that it does NOT allow abortion of a viable fetus. What that means is probably delineated elsewhere, however it immunizes abortion providers that are licensed against civil and legal action. It also protects the mother from civil and legal action. They deleted "woman" and put in person. Trying to fool people into believing men can have babies. Reality pisses these people off and it makes me happy.
It is. The bill just removes a bunch of required duties of the coroner to determine the cause of a miscarriage and gives physicians immunity from criminal prosecution based on their written statements.
This is actually worse than allowing abortions as it opens the door for anyone to dispatch a newly born child, not just its mother and doctor. They have outdone themselves.
Could the state start murdering newly born children on a whim now? Of course they will initially use excuses, such as they were terminally ill so we just sped up the inevitable. However, like with euthanasia, it will evolve to the point where they will be singing the slogan: It's body, my choice.
Also, they keep claiming that there is a so-called "slippery slope fallacy". Yet, I have never seen it fail. It looks more like a law to me. The started with gay marriage and claimed it was their own choice and none of our business. Then they started suing and trying to destroy the lives of anyone who didn't want to make them a cake for their wedding. It sounds like they wanted to make it our business. Same thing with euthanasia. In Europe, they are now allowing young, physically healthy people to end their lives through euthanasia. Obviously they are not mentally healthy otherwise they would not be trying to do that, but instead of help, they offer them the final solution. It used to be "My body, my Choice!". Not that that slogan ever made sense, but now it's morphed into "It's body, my choice!". If anyone here has an example of where the slippery slop argument has actually failed, I'd like to hear about it. It very much seems that every time they called "The Slippery Slope" a fallacy, it turned out to be true and often in ways we didn't even imagine.
April Fools Day started on the East Coast of the US 7-8 hours before you posted this. It will end in the West Coast in 16 hours from now
I read the link and it doesn't seem to say what the headline of the post says.

It isn't that long a read. See if you agree.
Nonsensical bills from a nonsensical state.

And calif allows like force to save a life so you are allowed to kill anyone trying to murder someone in order to defend the victim
I tried reading the bill. I see 20 weeks gestation, but I don't see the one month after birth. Someone help me, please.

Why is this not ALREADY a criminal offense??!! Like how!?

Worst April Fools joke ever
Written as if supporting Black Women, yet Woman is crossed out through the entire legislative piece....CLOWNS!
Sick People!
Anyone voting for this has sealed their fate
wtf
Maybe it's more about the babies of vacct mothers dying, than about abortion. They will have no recourse.
What is this?????? Approved murder???

That law needs to be annulled. Even a baby has constitutional rights. You can't just murder them because you voted for it.
