The DS wouldn't want to make average citizens afraid of the police. Aside from the benefits of a false flag in general, the DS would be wanting citizens to trust Their agents of the state that enforce laws and arrest people. Carrying out a false flag with police uniforms would only make sheep more wary of the enforcers of the state. You shouldn't be trusting the police anyway. That's certainly one thing that the left is thinking correctly.
