Whether or not he is controlled opposition, he sells Fear Porn. His work is sold as "good investigation" but from what I have seen it is not. Like so many others in the same line of work, he exaggerates the wrong pieces of information far beyond the evidence, into the sensational, and causes those who do honest investigations to look like idiots for believing him.
That doesn't mean there is never any truth contained within his work. The best lies are based on the Truth. But Stew Peters is not a Truthsayer in my experience, on the contrary, he is a Snake Oil Fear Salesman (literally lol).

When Rush Limbaugh first got started, the same was said about him. It's an eye-opener that there's some people on GAW that try to characterize Stew Peters as DS and a misinformation agent.
IMHO, I think Stew Peters presents cutting edge topics. It has always been my opinion to discern anything anyone says with further study and corroboration. Stew Peters early on had guests that claimed the mRNA jab had the capability of changing DNA. I recall a few people shouting down Stew Peters for saying this. Now we know the mRNA jab does indeed change DNA. This was corroborated in a Swedish study.
Stew Peters is on the front-lines with material. This is somewhat risky becuase there's always going to be someone who is BSer. I recall the Canadian from Calgary who made claims that he won court cases against the mask mandates. He was full of shit. So, Stew Peters never had him on again.
He takes the interesting conspiracy theories and then steers them way out past the left field fence, over the ravine, and onward into loony town. Then he keeps going.
His show is textbook controlled opposition.
It’s always been a head scratcher for me how he went from complete obscurity to a super popular channel seemingly out of nowhere, overnight. That, ngl coupled with his fed haircut and overall appearance/normie demeanor, always triggered my spidey sense
