All of this has to be part of the plan. If the virus were the size of a ping pong ball the gaps in the masks would be 27 feet in diameter. Clearly that has never been stated in front of a judge.
My daughter who was visiting from California was flying back this afternoon. I told her of the mask mandate situation that happened today (thank you GAW), and said maybe she wouldn't be required to wear a mask on the flight back.
We dropped her at the airport. She just texted and said she entered the plane with no mask on (but had one with her) and no one stopped her. They announced over the airplane speakers that they woudn't be enforcing a mask mandate. She said the plane passengers cheered! She said she was so proud!
Let's hope that if that judge's ruling is overturned, that the people (who now have had a taste of freedom again) will refuse to comply.
I work with teachers in NYC area. Almost all hate masks and take them off when the kids aren't around, many WHILE the kids are around. Most don't even enforce it in the kids.
Ask yourself when has a SCOTUS nom ever been rushed to "approval" in the Senate BEFORE the justice has even retired? Suggests that Dems do not have the ability to force Breyer to retire at all.
Well somebody had to bring a suit before it could go before a judge. And it takes time. When the resident made the mandate on day one in office, nobody knew how long it would drag out. God bless Texas for finally filing a law suit.
YW. Hard to trust that anyone is on the patriot team anymore and the ACB fiasco didn't help in that respect (inre judges). Unfortunately the "Cleanup on Aisle 666!!" swamp draining efforts are not going to be easy or quick. That said, all the wins during March Madness and April Showers here are almost dizzying. I'll take wins whenever we can get them.
Good to have a judge with some functioning common sense.
Agree

35? Wow. Always assumed they had to be like 50 bc they always look so old.
She looks old though. The wall always wins.

Covid is done.
Stick a fork in it!
And twist it!
Done!
I'll take the Liberty, you can keep the swamp-ass, thanks. 😁😂
Ever been in the northeast in the summers? Swamp ass is inescapable.
yeah... you get some of that in Iowa, and in NE texas now that I think about it, lol.
Honestly, I was just poking fun.

I've been wondering this myself. She's approved - for nothing, so far.

Nominated by POTUS in September 2020. Received commission November 20, 2020 so just under a year-and-a-half in that position..

Any and all wins, big or small are a welcome sight in my eyes.
Have been silent? Or compromised?
