These lawyers when prosecuted must be disbarred, fined a high price and incarcerated for a lengthy prison term-at least 30 years without parole, otherwise there will be no future deterrent to do this again only more covertly.
You guys need to get off the industrial prison complex train. That's another system that needs to come down.
Your money is taken by threat of force (taxes) to pay $40,000+ a year to house people in prisons. That's our money. Money that supports a system that makes money on keeping people locked up. It's cheaper to send someone to rehab or trade school.
Lawyers or anyone involved in treason need to be publicly executed. These are enemy combatants. This needs to scare the shit out of anyone from ever doing this again and send a message through history.
Disbar and take everything from those that participated at a lower level and give their assets to their victims. Deportation / loss of citizenship are other options as well.
Jail / prison is unbiblical. The Bible calls for restitution to victims, banishment, and death depending on the crime. It NEVER calls for incarceration.
As an ex drug addict that's been to jail and prison a number of times before I had a life changing radical encounter with God and came to faith in Jesus I know what jail / prison is like and how useless / broken that system is. I was in a privately owned prison at one point that purposely didn't file up my early release paperwork so they could keep me an extra 3 months sine they get paid for every day I'm there. That was YOUR tax dollars a big corporation for to steal by keeping me longer than I was required by the state. I was just a product to them. This happens all the time.
Jail didn't rehabilitate me, it made me worse. It was GOD that changed my life.
Don't support prison sentences. Support Biblical justice.
I agree with everything you said. I am okay with more swift and harsh sentences. An eye for an eye. You murder someone, you forfeit your life. Drugs, drunk driving homicide rehab is okay, but only if there are rehab programs that work. People have to be in the right mind set for rehab to work. Prisons are corrupt, guards are complicit, vindictive, and retaliatory in many cases, I believe. Also, whatever happened to the work programs in prisons? Now it is viewed as cruel and unusual punishment to have prisoners working. If you are going to have prisons, make prisoners work, learn a trade, get paid a menial amount and the rest goes toward paying their bill in prison. Some people need to be imprisoned while waiting on appeals (depending on the crime). But being locked up for hours on end does not help-they need to pay back society and the victims in some way, but they also need to be prepared for a life outside of prison. Our government has been complicit in the addiction of drugs and alcohol. The government gets money to continue with their endless wars and other evil purposes. Plus a controlled population from addiction makes less people to resist the evils of government.
Glad you got to the other side of your bid and found GOD. You're right on the prison system, especially the for-profit private ones. So many conflicts of interest and you are the revenue stream. They have a vested interest in fucking you over in the court system and while doing your bid, to stack the time.
Fren, the prisons the way they are right now have to go for sure. They are just slave factories and strong incentive for judges and the entire legal system to incarcerate innocent people. No doubt about this.
The Bible calls for restitution to victims, banishment, and death depending on the crime. It NEVER calls for incarceration.
I would assume incarceration is a form of banishment, otherwise what will you do with people you want to banish in a world where every country is equally accessible?
What is wrong is for-profit-prisons, not prison system as such. Also once the for-profit part is removed from the equation, and immigration becomes sane and you get rid of society destructors, prisons will only house legit criminals and probably only a fraction of what we have now. Rehabilitation can become an option as well.
Once the society moves to being Godly, a lot of social and pschological factors that leads to addiction and crime will also go away.
I agree with the first part. God's law even calls for 2-3 independent lines of evidence to convict someone. It also calls for anyone making a false accusation to receive the same punishment as the person they were accusing would get if guilty. Talk about perfect justice!
No incarceration is not a form of banishment. Banishment means the expulsion from a city, state, country, or territory. An example would be how the British shipped their criminals to Australia. Incarceration costs a fortune every year. The combined socio-economic costs are even higher. That money comes out of our pockets by threat of force. God calls that theft.
State run prisons are just as bad. They use prisoners (like drug offenders) for labor even striking deals with companies like Foster Farms (Pottery and eggs in AZ) to force convicts to work in horrid conditions for pennies and hour while making a fortune. There is no real rehabilitation in there outside of some basic programs. They are far more interested in you working and not causing trouble. I've seen 18-25 year old kids that got caught with pot or some other light drugs turn into career criminals from the connections and influences they had in there. It just starts a cycle for many.
God's law and the general equity thereof, never calls for incarceration as a punishment. Murder, kidnapping, & rape = execution giving the victims and their families closure while striking fear in the hearts of evil doers. Addiction = idolatry and is a worship problem. That falls on the church. Theft = restitution at 3x the amount which can be paid or worked off. Biblical Theonomy is deep and wise.
Either God, the creator of all things, knows what He's talking about or He doesn't. I know where I stand on that issue. Gob blesses a nation that holds to His laws and standards and curses a nation that departs from them. We've been doing it our way for a long time and it's turned to crap. Let's submit to God and try it His way.
Yep. Doctors abusing medicine and Lawyers abusing law and Techies abusing technology, all against Humanity, must be prosecuted under a different category that is extremely severe.
What’s worse is what they did, due to the changes they put into place for Al Qeida, they are now Enemy Combatants as Treason makes them literally Hostile to the State

This was enlightening to read! Thanks for your insight! ☺️

God found me. I was dead in my sin. He called and I had no choice but to come like Lazarus from the grave. "My sheep hear and obey my voice" - Jesus
The only thing I contributed to my salvation was the sin that required a savior. It's all grace. Sweet, amazing grace!

I guess we have to wait for Elon to reach Mars to be able to banish people.
Send Ted Bundy or Jeffrey Dahmer to trade school? That's a solution?
That's a straw-man. I never said that. You must have missed the part about execution.
Next time read the whole comment before you mouth breath a reply.
Shoot all vile persons? That's a solution?
The original idea of a penitentiary was to provide an opportunity for penance. I guess you are too impatient with that.

...military tribunals work pretty well
Yes, it would certainly put a good jump start on righting this ship.
Trump overhauled the code.
Yes.
