I’m adopted and used it to find out who my father was. I got 3 sister and a brother from that plus aunts and uncles and soooooo many cousins. I don’t care if they know my dna. If our side wins they’ll be stopped from harming us.
I’m a search angel, the only thing this will do is cause many people to delete their dna. Honestly, if you have ever been swabbed for strep or had bloodwork , they probably already have it banked somewhere. They have it all, just like we have it all. I saw on a job app the other day they they don’t discriminate against genetics, so it’s already a thing.

Thank you for what you do. I was adopted. And with the help of a search angel now know my story and possibly will be contacting my biological uncle as my mom passed in 92’. Thank you for helping others.

Not sure to be honest. My no proof theory is create a virus thats more dangerous to people with my DNA structure. I'm just of the mind set now that the less info and access big business has on me, the safer I am.
Before I ever took an ancestry swab I had breast cancer they did a massive analysis and found I have a special cancer gene so I was analyzed and cataloged and even sent my tumor to be studied by a university. I’m not harboring Illusions but I sure like knowing who I came from and my rich history of American relatives since the 1600s.

If not for intervention I believe they were to also be used for targeted bioweapons.
They use DEWs against citizens, but it a complicated process not viable to entire populations. I agree the DNA collection had a lot to do with a massive international program. The graphene oxide in the shots is very central to using DEWS on entire populations or very easily targeting individuals.

Well if relatives of yours got tested, then they have enough dna information about you already and don’t need you to do a test

Good for you. My daughter will have her 3rd one in Sept. from home, this is the way to go. It is such a better experience. I’m glad she fully understood about vaccines also. My grand babies have not been vaccinated for anything, I am so blessed.

MIL is big on using Ancestry and she's done a hell of a job documenting a few hundred years of the family line. I've only fooled with it a little but it looks like they own you and your data and they can take away all your work any time they want. Is there any alternative that's not a bunch of crooks?
You can use historical documents to create your lineage. Much harder work, you may need to travel, but much more academically interesting and you'll find a lot more historically interesting and a much greater picture than whose dna is interrelated. Much more legwork but much more legimate..
All the work has been done the right way. Literally hundreds if not a thousand years of lineage and thousands of photos stored in a proprietary format you can't download or export. At this point, when she goes, her life's work goes with her. There has to be an open-source ancestry program that can import and free the database.
Maybe talking to your relatives about where your family came from and populating a family tree?

A few years ago, I cam thisclose to sending off for a DNA kit. So grateful something told me not to follow through.
I warned my relative not do this ( not sure if they did), because they not only have their DNA but can easily identity yours as well, even distant relatives.
It really sucks. My dad's father was an orphan and died when my father was only 9 years old. I have so many questions about that side of the family but these companies couldn't be trusted with my DNA. Doubly so now that Blackrock is buying them.

Well it wasn't bullshit. Those tests are amazing for genealogical research and finding distant kin. It was worth the risk imo to have that information.
My mom got me a 23andme kit for christmas one year and my curiosity got the best of me.
I didn't keep my ancestry.com membership but I wish I did have it. It was amazing. Not shabby finding out who your distant relatives were especially when it is a name in history that the whole world has heard. Not that it was necessarily an awesome person, truth be known, people being warriors and so brutal. But still.
