Oh brother, yet another "manifesto" you say? People who leave "manifestos" are grandiose idiots. I think it was Chief Seattle who said, "The truth does not require many words." Even if this one was cut-and-paste, it's still tiresome. A pox on such people.
It’s cut and paste because the supposed author didn’t write it. Feds wrote it because they know that people cringe at manifestos.

And yes, I'm a federal employee. I would estimate we would gain approximately 500% more efficiency if we got rid of about 70% of the fed employee's, the useless ones, they actual slow us down with stupid rules and requirements.
