It's like the only place on Earth that could set a record for number of deaths on new year's day for total deaths of the entire population's recorded existence ever.
I heard somewhere that the best estimate a few months ago was 200-300 MK Ultra assets specifically capable of mass shooting. I am assuming not all of them of highest quality, but still around 100+ that can cause big news. Just brace yourself, we will be hearing a lot more.

I believe in the documents that got exposed in 70s, it was spelt MK Ultra, unfortunately. But regardless of the naming, it's exactly that.
I believe it existed ling before these three, so not sure if the naming had that significance.

Did the docs explain what "Ultra" stood for? Spelling, and meaning, of words are always being pushed to be changed so we never catch on to real meanings or to push agendas (such as how they changed "abortion" to include those mothers who lost their children in the womb naturally and have to have that baby removed; it REALLY is not an abortion because that life has already ended. It just allowed them to have more women on the side of fighting for their agenda to kill babies in the womb with blurring the lines of the definition for "abortion" . Just like how it isnt even MC, but rather K for control: why was the K chosen?

Unsurprisingly, mass shootings DON'T tend to happen at (fully-activated/uncucked) police stations or at gun stores -- Why? Shooters KNOW the people at those places CAN AND WILL DEFEND THEMSELVES and that they'd get taken out before they could execute their plans.

If "they" didn't believe in the ability of armed persons to defend, "they" wouldn't have their own (armed) bodyguards/personal security details. And, in a more extreme example, "they" wouldn't send arms to "support" countries/areas/groups that "they" don't want to see overtaken/injured/killed.
