December 19, 2020 convinced me General Flynn is nowhere near President Trump’s inner circle. Doesn’t make him bad or good. It’s just the responses and stories told by Flynn, Powell, and Byrne after the Oval Office meeting on that day all struck the theme that President Trump had quit the fight, he had surrendered.
These were the responses of people who disliked that their advice was not taken. People who were not in a need to know position to have the reasons why explained to them. And, for at least a few days to a few weeks they resented it.
Again, that does not make them bad people, just human. And again it demonstrates they are not part of the inner circle that is developing and executing the plan.
