As the SEALS say my Brother, "Two is one and one is none", you can't have too many weapons.
It's fairly easy to overcome if they dare try to ban the AR15. Wait until it's law (if it ever gets there without civil war breaking out) and then simply rename the rifle to something like say BG16 or Big gun 16.
You see like most communists they are using language as a weapon, define "assault rifle" or weapon of war? They don't purposely so they can ban whatever they wish.

For instance, I have a keltec sub2000 gen2 9mm PCC with some mods. Very popular and cost-effective. Takes any magazine you want. Ammo aplenty. Super accurate with a scope. Lightweight. Folds in half. Much easier to stash in a go bag.

He's right, I'll trade my Ar-15's in for some M-4's and M16's because I don't need an AR-15. If it's good enough for the Taliban, it's good enough for us. And for the fella with the Keltec Sub2000, he's right! They are the cat's pajama's. Mcarbo has some pretty important upgrades that help improve it. The sights are too low, but a flip mount with a small sight would help.
