To keep it short and to the point, I normally drink between 1-2 gallons of filtered water every single day. It's either sourced from my fridge with a good water filter, or in the 5 gallon jugs you pickup.
I've noticed for the last few days, maybe 3-4, that the water "feels" different. It's hard to explain, but to try and get my point across the best I can, it feels "sharper" and has a very slight tingle on the sides of my tongue. It almost feels electrified in a way, if that makes sense.
Am I the only one?
It's very odd to me, and it's not something that I "just picked up on" as i've always been a very heavy water drinker, and nothing else has changed in how i'm getting it/using it. I would have noticed this a long time ago.
Get a water tester... They're less than $15 on Amazon. They test in PPM. The lower the better. The more the worse.
Distilled is anywhere from 0-4 and is the best drinking water. People will tell you differently but they simply don't know what the fuck they're talking about.
True. The water in plants is in the distilled form..so I never did believe people that say distilled is bad. They claim distilled harms us because it is devoid of minerals and washes out our nutrients...I think it is in the same form as it appears in plants, and I take vitamins and minerals, anyway, so distilled is perfect.
To me, it is most important to be empty of hazardous particulates and chemicals. I think 5G has less effect on us if our blood is free from these. The deep state owns those water companies. So they probably fill it with things on which the 5G can get its grip.
Yeah, it's the usual "we need minerals in our water!!!!" And they don't know the difference between organic and inorganic minerals. Rocks are minerals, dirt has minerals in it. Do we eat rocks and dirt? No. But put it in the water and all the sudden people love dirt and rocks. Mmmmmmmm so delicious and nutritious!
Great point.
Now that you say that I do recall something about people used to suck on a stone for something...during pregnancy or somesuch? Memory isn't that great tbh.
My sister sucked on pennies lol…I thought that was odd but I ate pickles all day every day.
Ionic vs elemental form. Each form of filtration targets different analytes. So much about water chemistry is misunderstood. Thats not even getting into the biological impact of “does this matter”
Got into an argument with a water company over “natural minerals” vs sediment before when their filters werent working.
I plan on doing this actually, testing the water. I regularly change the water filters when needed, and the current one has been there for about a month now. It's crazy, and making me feel crazy lol. Once I test it, if I find anything out of the ordinary, I'll make a follow up post on it.
Good luck! As a last resort, the distilled water jugs in the store are still better than anything else out there when it comes to water, even when considering it's stored in those shitty plastic jugs. Ironically, it's the cheapest, because people simply don't know and think fancy water bottles are indicators. Fuji is shit, Evian is shit; they're all shit if they're above 4ppm.
Most all bottled waters are just locally sourced city water from other areas, I agree they're all "shit" so to speak. I just tried some out to make sure it wasn't a "me" issue.
I'm actually going to pickup some distilled water on my way home tonight to see if I get the same result as the bottled waters, or the city water.
4 PPM of what exactly?
particulates :P
Drinking distilled water will strip electrolytes from your system. As long as you're replenishing your electrolytes from food sources its not a problem. However if you were to do a full fast and drink nothing by distilled water, it could kill you.
You don't know what the fuck you're talking about.
Distilled water (which is just water) is a solvent. It strips all the positive charged particles from the body (positive is bad). So yes, it strips your body of shit, the shit you don't want in there.
LOL at pure water killing a person. LOFL
You can die from drinking too much water. It’s a balance thing, something with your bloods ph levels iirc, but that’s unrelated to the topic.
You don't know what you're talking about. It'll also leech minerals right out of your teeth and give you cavities, hell I've seen distilled water leech the carbon out of steel pipes and make them brittle over time.

No
That is false.
Distilled water is pure H2O. It is the ONLY pure H2O available.
The claim is that "mineral water" is healthy because it "puts minerals into you," and distilled water is bad because it "leeches minerals out."
The problem is that these claims are false because they are misleading. There are TWO types of minerals: organic and inorganic. The minerals in mineral water, and the ones that "leech out" are inorganic, which the body cannot utilize. They are leaving the body for a good reason.
The minerals we get in our food are organic, which the body CAN utilize.
No
PPM of what?
