We've devout Christians and have lived in this house for 22 years and knew from the moment we moved in it was haunted. We've seen a little child, a man in military apparel, constant black shadows moving in the bedrooms, and a woman. They're always calling our names, and they actually call me momma. When you're in the basement you hear running up and down the hallway upstairs, and when you're upstairs you hear slamming doors downstairs. Our house is only 60 years old but it was built on the remains of an old plantation and right smack in the middle of a battlefield from the civil war. We're very much use to the shenanigans of our ghosts which are most active between November and January with the occasional movements throughout the year. But here lately they seem to be restless, and quite frankly annoying. For no reason my bed will start vibrating, they knock on my door in the middle of the night, waking my husband or myself by calling our names, and the leaves on my plants will start swaying back and forth as if someone is brushing past them. Plus our dreams are craziness unto themselves. I could go on, but I guess my point is this craziness started right after CERN was started up, and I wanted to know if this was indeed a legitimate conclusion.

I too have seen alot more shadow people and have been dreaming (or remembering dreaming) alot more that usual. It's funny you gave a time they were more active, which was around the same time my house is the most active. One time I saw a mist wrap around my boyfriends head and then he acted like he has walked through a spider web before I said anything. This year it went into February and March, I always thought it was the holidays that stirred them up. I was driving today and it looked like this guy was going to pull out and my radio got interference that said stop, so I did. Definitely feeling things shifting or increasing not sure of the right word to describe it.
I understand perfectly when you say shifting and increasing. It's normal for us because we're use to it, but I won't be sad if they go on where they need to go because sometimes it's quite exhausting. And these crazy dreams, especially those of departed loved ones, makes me wake up sad. The only thing that really bothers me about them is when I can feel them following me. I actually make myself stop, usually on the stairs, and turn around and say, "Jesus is Lord! Jesus is Lord. Get thee behind me Satan." And I can immediately feel the shift to calm.
Yes my exact words when I start feeling scared, and I say Jesus has already won this does work. The shadow people give me the scared feeling standing in the doorway watching. I have also seen white streaks in the house, which is new other then that time with the mist. Seems like Jesus will be here soon with all the birth pains speeding up, but I just want to see a little justice first. KEK

So many things over the years. My daughter and grandkids actually lived down there for several years. Musical toys and devices like leap frog would start playing in the middle of the night. They would go to sleep and wake up with all the stuffed animals piled up in front of the door. All the very little kids would talk about the little boy they played with. My son in law had a lock on his bag when he came back from deployment and couldn't find the key. He went looking for it, leaving my daughter to sleep and when he came back the bag was open and she was sound asleep. Sil would stand in front of mirror getting ready and see man in military uniform standing behind him. I would be down there doing clothes and the door behind me would slam. I usually just yell, "Stop your crap!" and it usually does.

My daughter's childhood friend is actually part of a paranormal group and has asked several times to come in but I just don't have a good feeling about it. I told her I'd think about it and maybe let them come in late fall when they're most active.
Sounds like a reasonable conclusion. The vibrations from CERN could be agitating the energy of the spirits.
When I hear running on the stairs or running back and forth upstairs I know it is one of my crazy cats who every once in a while needs to race through the house supercharged. Ours is funny...yours is not. I would be so creeped out but I know these things happen. Yikes!
Well, hauntings could legitimately be from human spirits. Other times from a evil spirit. I would HIGHLY suggest you contact your location's closest Catholic church. They can get in touch with the appropriate person to do an assessment. Come in and bless the house, or if needed have Masses said.
If determined to be of human souls, it is for their benefit you are allowed to see them by God. To alleviate their suffering, help them to heaven. You and your spouse have been given a great mission and grace, to pray for these souls.
Above all, never intentionally engage with them directly. They can masquerade as human souls, seem harmless until later.

I agree, although we've never had a problem and plenty of blessings from God. Many miracles have taken place in this house, and everyone here is saved, so I don't know what the problem is. It is beyond my knowledge and as my walk with Jesus grows I'm not delving into it. I just pray over my family daily.

We lived in a haunted duplex as a kid in the 70's very similar situation as yours. The final straw was when Moms heavy dresser drawer tipped over almost falling on my baby brother as he was crawling on the floor. We moved out quickly after that.
Nah, this sorta thing has been happening since the beginning of time. No doubt, CERN activates something but supernatural haunting are nothing new.

There is a lot that could be said. I recommend holy water in a spray bottle. I have been a witness to that working. A number of denominations teach priests to bless water, but only the Roman Catholic church makes it available on demand, afaik. Salt can protect certain areas, and I've heard that burning sage will also work, but don't have experience myself. Prayer will often send them on their way, but it sounds like it hasn't yet.
I also recommend a book called "the bright light of death" by Annabel Chaplin, which goes over many situations in which ghosts appear. Even though you are accustomed to them, and they don't seem harmful, it is not a healthy situation overall, and if you can help them move on, it will be better for all concerned.
I don't have much of an opinion about whether CERN could be involved. Seems doubtful to me, and there's plenty of other spiritual activity going around that I don't think you can eliminate any other causes.

There are good people within the church, and God works inside conquered kingdoms as well as with His chosen kingdoms. Should we condemn Viganò? I mean, he's not my leader, but I welcome his contributions. And like I said, I have witnessed holy water purchased from a Catholic church successfully cause ghostly entities to leave, at least temporarily. So I'm okay with the advice, even though I'm not attached to that church.

We have tried multiple times downstairs and they're always turned to the wall when we check them. I fastened our game camera down there and checked it a few days later and it no longer works.
Post the video of the camera turning on its own or failing while recording. Because quite frankly, I don’t believe you. But if you’re telling the truth I would think it wouldn’t be hard to get something. Go watch some ghost hunters and then do what they do lol
