I am type II diabetic. I had been getting readings from 160 to 200. When I cut out all processed flour, rice, potatoes, and all sweets except fresh fruit it dropped below 120 all the time with a lot of days below 100.
In my opinion even normal people should avoid all wheat based products. I believe something has changed in the wheat.

I’ve read the GMO wheat is not the same as before. The nutrition profile is completely different.
