I implore everyone one to gather together, first with others in your industry. Then once you have a sizable group, add an additional lawsuit as a conglomerate with all the other falsely terminated people who hopefully also have a sizable group. And for gods sake, if you're in the union, do not sign anything under threat of termination. Gather your boys together and take them down. We need new leadership that isn't politicized.
You need individual lawsuits and class action lawsuits.
They need to be overwhelmed.
And there are more lawyers who are willing to do this. I'd like to think they have a heart, but we know they're just following the money.
This is just the start, some states are forcing invasive testing on healthcare workers who did not (and rightfully so) take the jab and to have some sort of Religious or medical exemption. These states are about to be sued on a grand scale for this and they're going to lose. The non vaxxed healthcare workers in those states stand to reap a very large settlement.
