There are seven churches mentioned in Revelation.
Revelation 1:11
Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last: and, What thou seest, write in a book, and send it unto the seven churches which are in Asia; unto Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Pergamos, and unto Thyatira, and unto Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea.
If you studied Revelation, you'd be humbled once you realized not only are you wrong, but that this book pertains to all churches from the death of Christ until the present day.
The real question is if we are in the church of Philadelphia or Laodicea. I lean towards Laodicea, but it's up to each believer to study those passages and make that call for themselves.
Many people who study the word agree that the end of the system of things is very close. It's very easy to see all of the signs if you choose to see them.
People have been recorded claiming that the end times were in their times for centuries, and they believed they saw all the signs too.
I think the important thing to consider is that many generations have tried to understand the mysteries of the Scripture and apply them to their lives and times - especially Revelation. I don’t think the fact that each generation has wanted to find some relevance to their own time in Revelation means there is no relevance to any of us at all. The Word of God is living, and God is out of time, so His Word is relevant to all generations. This spiritual battle has been going on for thousands of our years, but it’s been only a blip in the spiritual realm. It’s impossible for us to measure how much “time” it might take for God’s purposes on earth to be accomplished, or when and how all the things from John’s Revelation vision will come to pass. We have to take it on Faith, applying what we already know to be true about God. Jesus was the Victor in this spiritual battle 2,000 years ago - so why is it ongoing? Why does it seem Satan still reigns on earth? What about the rapture and the tribulation and all the things we’ve been told about in church? Will they happen? In what order? Did we miss something - maybe the rapture happened 1,000 years ago? It all comes down to trust - trusting that God already won, trusting that evil has been defeated, trusting that God sees all that has happened and knows what is to come, and that He is absolutely good and has a plan that will bring about His desire for this world He created. Having grown up in the church, I think Christians today are being called to step away from doctrine and theology and all those things that have divided us and cluttered the bigger picture - actually keeping us from just drawing nearer to our Saviour. In the end it could be another 10,000 years before Revelation is fulfilled, but we can’t even comprehend that. Our concern should be our finite lives, and whether we are right with God and have accepted the sacrifice Jesus made on our behalf.
I think the rapture is a psyop to get good Christians to Study the signs of the times but be inactive & accept defeat without putting up a fight, because “any minute now, Jesus is coming”.
Jesus died on the cross, The apostles died martyrs, many of the early Christian church we’re martyred. Thousands of Saints beautified by the Catholic Church, many were martyred, like Saint Stephan, The church’s first Proto martyr. He was a Jewish convert put to death by Pharisees. Saint Stephan called out The Pharisees out as Ba’al ( Moloch) worshipers and he was stoned to death by the Jews. If we want salvation & attain his Kingdom, qwe will likely face tribulation in this life. There Isn’t going to be an easy way out.
The world is graining for the revealing of the sons of God (us). Rapture theology directly contradicts this truth.
I’m not very knowledgeable on this, but it’s my understanding that the events in revelations are horrific. If we’re trusting a plan, one would expect it wouldn’t get that far?

Solomon had many wives and many of them maintained their religious traditions and worship. Plus, this era of time is not too far removed from the Israelite take over of Canaan. This could explain the Canaanite shrine, but interesting none the less.
