If you bought a phone with YouTube pre-installed, and downloaded a copy of Rumble; this would register as a download in the Rumble category.
This count does not include current market penetration, just that more people have downloaded a recent copy of Rumble. Given the breadth of YouTube has developed over the years (replace components on your car/truck, etc) I simply don't see Rumble catching up to YouTube anytime soon.
That said, being able to find conservative videos on Rumble, well that is a separate matter. Rumble could eclipse YouTube, but it requires A LOT of work (pause, fast forward, skip, buffering, indexing to list just a few areas)

YouTube has perfected that aspect of the app. My service at work gets really bad around noon and websites don’t load but YouTube still works. Rumble creators I watch release content and I can’t watch it, due to low bit rate buffering yada yada.
I’d fully convert if this was resolved.
Someone else gets it. A shame there are too many people even on here that suffer from TDS (Tate derangement syndrome) to realize the actual truth of what has been going on.

Rumble or bitchute, not sure which, has fast forward and rewind if you double tap the left or right sides of the video.

I wish Rumble would hire more developers. It needs A LOT of work. But I love it and will be very forgiving of any issues.

Odysee is a much better free speech video platform than rumble. Rumble still censors quite a bit
This is on a given timeframe. Youtube is still the most popular video platform. But it does show people are starting to wake up a bit.
