Um. Derek explains that Roosevelt served 4 terms and would have served two more if he hadn't died. This was the other time (WW2) in US history that the military was in control. The two term thingie is for civilian presidents.
The 22nd amendment was made because of him. Prior to the 22nd amendment, we didn't have Presidential term limits.
It was just tradition.
Ratified vs 1871 though
Passed in 1947. Ratified in 1951. Both of which as a direct result of how many terms he had.
This would be an unprecedented situation, and has Constitutional concerns, but then the true Constitutional crisis usurped the White House anyway.
If Congress doesn't have term limits then why should the office of the President? We don't have a term limit problem. We have a Judeo-Communist problem which means we have a swindler problem, an election rigging problem, a stock market rigging problem, a bankers theft problem, a blackmail of our representatives problem.
That's when we lost our country.
The term limits were enacted AFTER FDR. And the 22nd Amendment does not distinguish between “military” and “civilian” presidents.
That implies we could have a separate president and commander in chief of the military.
The president of the United States as commander in chief was technically a different role than the position of the president acting as CEO for the corporation with was (EOP) I think that Donald Trump continued to be president of the United States while Joe Biden took over the role of CEO of the defunct incorporated United States. That's how there are two presidents. All those backing and siding with the Joe Biden admin are guilty of treason because they are running a government parallel to the actual government which is acting in secret for optics. This also explains why the Biden admin has been such a failure and the need to print so much money.
Kim clements said there would be two presidents at this time,as well.
How? Article II, Section 2 of the Constitution provides that “The President shall be commander in chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the militia of the several states.” How is that ambiguous?

Do you find it hurts his credibility when it's pointed out that the 22nd amendment came after FDR?
The guy is on the Charlie Ward show, that alone ruins his credibility.
He’s not interested in credibility, look at the information.
Prolly, but we might have to question why the 22nd amendment was added the first place. FDR was voted in. and in, and in. The 22nd amendment curtails the people's vote.
Mind you that does not eliminate voter fraud, it only limits possibilities.
