But what about the Constitution? The 22nd amendment limits all presidents to two terms and does not give any exceptions, important military operations or not.
In the video, Derek suggests that the constitution comes after the base of our military's law and was created 12 years after the origins of our military. There were 7 years of revolutionary war followed by another 5 years of thinking it through before the constitution. Our military, more specifically, key Generals in our military, are currently carrying this country on the authority of pre-constitution laws. It is possible that everything added after the incorporation of 1871 will be re-visited and it is also a possibility that Trump and company will recognize he's 6 years into 8 and he may not actually run again. All of what's happening in front of the masses is a psyop. We are in uncharted waters fren. I like to think that the good guys pulling this off in the background are doing it lawfully in as gentle of a way as they can so as to maintain peace in the world and especially in our streets. They could have flexed and just busted things up. It seems they are exercising a soft determinism allowing us to be freaked out at times over our country becoming a dumpster fire rolling down hill toward a cliff. Even letting citizens choose poorly for themselves concerning injections. The end goal is a restoration of responsible liberty in the hearts and mind of the people while restoring this country to its foundation. I'm thinking the constitution will be upheld and, because of the necessary psyop, it probably won't be what we were expecting when it happens.
I hope the "corporation" gets dissolved. I have internal monologues of yelling at "judges" (British nobles) that they are British nobility, and that I'm not anyone's property, nor property of a corporation. If they have a heart attack or stroke right there on the "bench," that's too fucking bad.
What should we call them after the great awakening? Definitely not a title of nobility. Arbitrator? How about "lawyers?" "Bailiffs?" Sorry, I've never been run through the "legal system" for anything, but I've apparently got a justice boner to see the entire current structure get destroyed.
I believe the corporation already has been dissolved.
There is more than one corporation, but the third bancruptcy happened in 1999 and that is when we should have reverted to English rule because the debt was not paid to the Rothschilds. Some crazy stuff happened then that stopped it but we have been in uncharted waters for some time now.
Here is some good info surrounding this.

Praying it has...
IMO that happened on the 4th of July in 2019 (I can't recall many details but there were very strange things going on that day).
Admiralty and maritime law
My thinking is we are in fact under British Common Law.
Or Roman Civil Law
There is one exception, if a vice-president fills in for less than half of another's term, that person can have up 2 two more full terms. So, almost 10 years (shy one day) in office, legally.
Good point, thank you. The 22nd definitely contemplates that exactly as you described
Depends which Presidential line you follow mate …. Ie post corporation or pre…. 😉

You don't understand that pre-1871 theft of our country will be our destination. Not the 1951 ratification of the 22nd Amendment. Our country was hijacked by these swindlers. We lost our country because of Lincolns illegal war on the South.
I will admit that I do not understand this well. So the Constitution is not in effect?
As you look around does anything resemble the original intent of the founders? Our 2nd Amendment says shall not infringe yet they have.
I’m not trying to be dense, but how have they infringed? Gun ownership is at an all-time high in American history. More states than ever have enacted extremely generous concealed and open carry laws. The Heller decision from SCOTUS in 2008 did more to recognize the 2nd amendment than any previous legal event in the past 50 years. We’re winning in a big way on 2A issues. How does that not resemble the intent of our founders?
Even more so, just because the other side doesn’t honor the Constitution, why does that mean we shouldn’t?
